Limited use of AI advancements while the growth of AI continues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how it allows you to schedule tasks in 10 minute intervals. This has really helped me find more time in the day, because I can now see that I actually DO have time to do more things. Instead of looking at my to-do list and trying to figure out what to do next, Motion has already planned my day! And, I feel so productive when I can check things as complete! No real downsides, but I have not yet figured out the projects feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The auto-scheduling feature is pretty decent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the billing and customer support is below par. If you have any issues related to the same, you are better off cancelling your subscription Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The idea of uncompleted tasks being rescheduled based on parameters. The scheduling portion that works like Calendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The AI features seem cool at the beginning but are not that useful as it just randomly shuffles the tasks without clear discernment. Yes you can setup prority and have time slots but it doesn't work well in reality.
THE COMPANY IS A RIP OFF, THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE YEAR WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION AND NOT PROVIDING A REFUND. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has been the most helpful - and I'm not exaggerating - thing that ever happened to me in my creative career regarding project management and work-life balance.
It has balanced and planed my days and weeks so perfectly that it is truly unbelievable.
It makes freelancing what it is supposed to be, but sometimes it Was not: FREE.
Free from the stress of handling multiple projects, deadlines, and client requests simultaneously.
Free from being 'trapped' in only focusing on the work side when you have a hard situation with tight deadlines.
Free in a way that whenever you need some change to your day, Motion will sort it out for you.
So, I truly believe this is the future of project management for freelancers.
This flexible, learning, interactive always live, always optimizing thing handles everything for me like an assistant but 0-24.
And yes, I agree, it Is expensive. But hear me out: regarding how much it helped me and that nowadays, even the dumbest basic apps switched to something like a 3-4$ / month subscription...it is fine...
I use it every day, constantly.
It was easy to set up.
Also customer support was fast to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bulk actions and bulk deleting. That's it. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The idea is brilliant - being able to create tasks and have them automatically sorted into existing time in my schedule could be a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After a good experience in my first few months, things changed. The layout and visual presentation changed and there is no way for the user to change it back or alter it in any way, other than light or dark mode. The book calendar which I thought was amazing... well, it stopped working. The links generated to the booking calendar populated a page that said I had NO availability. As I was dealing with that, my task list in the sidebar changed from listing ONLY tasks to including ALL of my daily meetings. It was impossible to find tasks. One of the (previous) advantages of Motion was being able to shift the assigned time to work on a task if priorities changed. Technically, you can still do that... IF you can find the task.
The worst part was trying to reach support. First I got sent to an AI model which provided incorrect information. Next, I went into "live" chat which identified itself after the fact as a bot (which also did not provide accurate or helpful information. Finally, I was able to send a message to support. However, over 24 hours later, no one has even looked at my message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
