"Seamless Notion–Google Sheets Automation That Saves Time"
What do you like best about Zapier?

What I like best about is how I use it to connect Notion with tools like Google Sheets. Whenever I add data in a form or sheet, it automatically creates an entry in Notion. I don’t have to copy-paste anything manually anymore. This has saved me a lot of time in managing content and tasks.

I also use it to get instant updates or notifications when something changes. Once the workflow is set, it runs smoothly without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The task limit on the free plan, When I connected Notion with Google Sheets, my tasks got used up very quickly. Even simple automations started hitting the limit faster than expected. Because of that, some workflows stopped in between. Also, multi-step automations are only available in paid plans. So I couldn’t build more advanced workflows without upgrading. "Don't let no coding experience keep you from a more streamline workflow."
What do you like best about Zapier?

Being able to jump right into using agents with zero coding experience is just amazing. The ability to describe what you want in normal written text and have that executed is just next level. The UI is simple to use and took only a couple minutes to figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

No specifically about Zapier but using API in Zapier was also brand new to me. I struggled to get the agent to do what I wanted using an API. I think I did not have all the permissions properly set up but Zapier could only help me so much in this regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Streamlines Our Workflows with Reliable Automation and Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier allows us to automate in ways that make our business' day easier, get more accomplished, reduced errors and follow the same processes. We use Zapier to tie together our HubSpot CRM, Quickbooks, home-grown systems and other applications without having to deal with custom coding and all the APIs. The user interface allows us to very rapidly introduce new Zaps and Zapier forms when we identify the needs. And, since we rarely ever experience issues with Zapier, our systems run in a 99.9% uptime. Over the past 10 years of use, we have expanded our Zapier subscription as needed, allowing us to keep the costs inline with our actual usage. Support has been excellent; they even contacted me regarding a functionality request with MySQL and had me test it when ready (which really opened up a lot more functionality for us). Their adoption of AI for use in the workflows and agentic use has created an entire new pathway for us to use Zapier to assist our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

To our company, the only issue to Zapier is it required us to actually take the time to review everything we were doing (which often pointed out things we should be doing better). Since we grew with the platform's expansion over 10 years, I have had to updated many of our Zaps to keep up to date with the newest App connections, but that is small price to pay. "Intuitive, Powerful Automations with Tons of Integrations"
What do you like best about Zapier?

From my experience, Zapier stands out because it balances ease of use with a surprisingly powerful set of capabilities. The UI/UX is intuitive enough that I was able to start building workflows quickly without much ramp-up, and the sheer volume of integrations meant I could connect almost every tool I was using without needing custom development. Performance has generally been reliable for the types of automations I’ve run, especially for operational workflows that don’t require real-time precision. From a pricing and ROI perspective, it’s easy to justify when it replaces repetitive manual work, though you do have to be mindful as usage scales. I also found the onboarding experience straightforward, with plenty of templates and guidance to get started, and support resources that helped fill in gaps when needed. More recently, the addition of AI-driven features has made it even more useful, especially for adding logic, summarization, or smarter routing into workflows without adding complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

From my experience, the biggest downside of Zapier is how quickly the pricing can scale because it’s based on tasks. At first it feels inexpensive, but once you start building multi-step workflows or running automations at higher volume, each step counts as a task and costs can add up fast. It forces you to constantly think about efficiency instead of just building the best workflow. Along with that, debugging can be a bit clunky when something breaks, and performance isn’t always truly real-time for more time-sensitive use cases. While the UI is easy to use, more complex automations can become hard to manage and organize over time. Support is solid but not always fast unless you’re on higher tiers, and the AI features, while promising, still feel somewhat limited compared to what you might build natively. "Zapier Makes Connecting Tools and Automating Data Flow Simple"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I have been using Zapier as my go-to tool for myself and my clients for over 10 years. I love how simple it is to learn, use and implement. It makes it so simple to be able to connect your tools and send data automatically where it needs to go and when. The interface is easy to navigate and connecting your day-to-day tools to it is super easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I don't love the limits on the number of paths you can have, although the limit has increased since it was first launched. The biggest thing I dislike is their pricing model. It's by far the most expensive out of all the no code automation platforms and can sometimes have a hard time justifying the cost to clients when other platforms are cheaper for double or more tasks/runs. "Most User-Friendly iPaaS for Powerful, Creative Automations"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier is the most user-friendly iPaaS tool available on the market that can be used by both technical and non-technical people looking to automate both tasks and the general flow of data between their apps. The integrations are numerous and creativity is often the limiting factor on what you can create/connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Zapier your has a specific market as far as user base who their pricing makes most sense for. It can get a bit expensive for those who don't fit the target user, and to extremely technical users, sometimes the tool can be a bit rigid, but that's because in my opinion, they want to retain the ease of use that comes with the tool. "Seamless Custom Automation for My Business with Zapier"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I love that Zapier enables me to create the perfect custom experience for my business. Zapier allows me to use the programs I love and that work best for my business, and seamlessly creates an environment for them to communicate with one another in order to keep my business running efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Zapier can be a little tricky to set up. I hired a contractor to set it up for me and teach me how to use it. Once I was shown, it's been pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier Makes Email Campaign Automation Simple, Fast, and Seamlessly Connected"
What do you like best about Zapier?

What I like best about Zapier is how it makes automation simple and accessible, helping teams save time and work smarter without needing deep technical skills. I also appreciate how it connects so many tools together. When slightly tweaking my flows during the testing phase, I see the change immediately; there is no lag from Zapier's backend. It just makes the implementation and integration easier to create a smooth workflow. So much so, I applied to work as an Automation Strategist when it was available. Even though there was no offer, I hope to get the opportunity to work with such a great company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Since my small business clients are not tech-savvy, they would need a plan that has customer support. As a consultant, the only con is the price categories, according to my past clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Automation with a Beginner-Friendly Interface and Great Pricing"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier has been great when it's come to helping me automate several parts of my business! The performance is seamless, the interface is great especially for a beginner like me, and the pricing is great! You can do a lot with the free version, but the paid is also worth it. Zapier is also very supportive and helpful if you have an issue, and they always have a lot of great educational resources and webinars! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Quite honestly, there hasn't been anything I've disliked about Zapier at all! Everything has been seamless to use. Of course, with all AI, it'll take just a bit of refining to get to your goal, but it doesn't require too much work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical, Powerful Automation That Feels Like an Extra Pair of Hands from Safdar"
What do you like best about Zapier?

What I really like about Zapier is how practical it feels once you actually start using it.

For me, it clicked when I used it to automate hiring interns on our website. Before that, everything was manual. People would apply, I’d check emails, move data around, send responses, it was messy and honestly kind of draining. With Zapier, I connected the form on our site to the rest of the workflow using APIs, so now when someone applies, it automatically captures their info, organizes it, and even triggers follow ups. It feels like the whole pipeline just runs on its own.

That’s the part I like most. It’s not just automation for the sake of it, it actually removes real friction from your day.

Also, once you go a bit deeper, the tools are actually pretty powerful. You can plug into APIs, structure data, and build workflows that feel more like systems than simple automations.

And their Zapier AI is honestly kind of wild. It helps you build things faster and even handles parts of the logic for you, so you’re not stuck figuring out every step manually.

Overall, it just feels like having an extra pair of hands quietly handling things in the background while you focus on the important stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

What I dislike about Zapier is that it gets expensive pretty quickly once you actually start using it seriously.

At first it feels great and simple, but as your workflows grow and more things start running automatically, you realize every little action counts as a task, and the cost adds up fast. So the more useful it becomes, the more you end up paying.

Also, once you try to build more advanced workflows, it can get a bit messy. Things that seem simple in your head sometimes require multiple steps or workarounds, and debugging those flows can be frustrating. Like advanced workflows with multiple agents and decision trees like what Langgraph can handle needs to be incorporated, but still a W platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
