What do you like best about ModMed?

What do you dislike about ModMed?

In the beggining it can be treaky because one wrong click and you can loose all your notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you?

ModMed has made the work of those in the healthcare spcially dermatology way more easier. The automated office codes really makes working easier. What do you like best about ModMed?

I appreciate ModMed’s integrated features that help streamline patient care and make tasks like charting, scheduling, and communication within the practice easier. What do you like best about ModMed?

My favorite thing since starting EMR with ModMed has been the user and specialty specificness of the program. I'm not having to search through other specialty diagnoses to find what I need! Their customer support is top notch and not having any EMR experience going into it the transition was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ModMed?

A dislike that I do have is having to get a ticket "upvoted" to bring forward an idea to correct a glitch in our processes. Design labs are awesome, but sometimes I can feel that my voice is small and hard to get heard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes there are updates for things that I didn't even kow were needing fixed but the fix is actually saving time and easier to use than the original process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ModMed?

The ease of support. You can always reach plenty of different avenues for support and it never takes long to reach someone. The community is always supportive and willing to helpl in a timely maor. There are also so many ways to find information and educate yourself with the system. They make it easy to get into Modmed U and find all the support and education infomation that you need to support you and your staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ModMed?

That the "little guys" or "small problems" don't often get priority. Also that we have to get votes in communities to even get an issue or problem adress sometimes. I've been to multiple conferences and I wish they'd take some time sometimes to listen to updates the people want and little things to make our life easier vs some big projects. What do you like best about ModMed?

I can email for support questions. Wait times when calling for help are low. User guides are easily found online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ModMed?

When I do email support if they need additional information they expect me to reply with it ASAP. However, in a busy clinic sometimes it may take a couple of days to obtain the information needed for the reply and by that time my case has been closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ModMed solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like that they are coming out with a way to reconcile with posted payments by uploading bank ledger. This will be helpful in cutting down time spent seeing what has/has not been posted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ModMed?

I love this program. I've used EZ derm, Epic and EMA and EMA is so superior. Billing is the best asset as well as obtaining PA's. The only thing I miss from EZ derm is the interactive body map. Its easy to use. Much more intuitive than EZ derm. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ModMed?

Innovation is Modmed's mission and we are all here to benefit from it. The software is well liked by all staff whether providers or front desk or billing. And there is always so much to look forward to in terms of new things coming out oof the "R&D" department. ModMed has significantly helped patient retention by having Klara. It also has been highly functional in the revenue cycle management processes by having an up to date ever changing dashboard that is user friendly.
