I enjoyed how easy it was to use. You don't need any training, just a little time clicking through everything. It is all very intuitive and easy to get to know. That was my favorite part of the product. It was also continent having a one stop shop for all essential items. Whether it be entering leads, looking at statistics or managing emails. While it does integrate well with other Microsoft products (ex: 365), there is a bit of a learning curve, impacying implementation time, so make sure that anyone who is using the system frequently is well trained. Also, it takes a long time for the system to process checks, so check runs take a long time.
