The way printers are handled in BC isn't that great. The BC on prem environment I worked in didn't have the Universal Printer extension installed so we had to install the printers on the BC server in order for them show up in Printer Management. Getting the documents (packing slips, pick tickets, BOLs, export documentation, etc) to print automatically doesn't usually work as planned. Even after selecting the correct printer in Printer Selections, there were times where the user had to print the documents manually.

We upgraded from Dynamics Nav 2009 and I feel it had quicker response time as compared to Business Central (18). Maybe this was due to Nav 2009 being software installed on user's pcs as compared to BC that is used on the web browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From an accounting perspective there were alot of automated features that improved our roles; ie automation of bank reconcilations and the ability for Dynamics to talk directly to excel and vice versa Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
