Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers a decent experience. D365 is user friendly and not extremely hard to maneuver around in it. However some may find it complicated to built reports or even pull the correct report. It offers a lot, but the biggest drawback is I find, as silly as this sounds; I find it relies too much on the user for certain things. With technology these days it seems to be behind in time. The Accounts Payable features are too complex. For instance it should take all that it does to find a check and what it paid. The A/R built in reports could be a lot better.
