Allright for me the good involves 365 Dynamic Central's seamless integration with Office 365 as well as PowerBI. It helps in improving data flow and hence productivity. The financial management tools are robust enough to give real time insights for better decision making. For remote teams the cloud based setup is a great add too. One of only things to dislike is the steep learning curve which could confuse onboarding new users. Module customizations can add to costs which is not helpful for small businesses.
