We've used MessageBird to conduct important trial programs in customer texting outreach with minimal cost and technical fuss. There are some technical challenges and fewer automations associated with MessageBird for mass-message sending. They won't automatically apportion mass text messages across multiple long codes to ensure delivery. They also don't allow automatic geo-location targeting for customers in the US based on the customer's area code. These are smaller concerns, though, based on how you plan on using their service. Our customers complain about the tax of delivered messages. We are using messagebird with 3 of our customers for information about Queue Management and Service status. Our intentions it's to make Messagebird the default system for all our customers in more than 40 countries. But there is a big percentage of SMS that are not delivered.
