It was very easy to install in my phone's wallet allowing me to make payments as any other credit card. The fact I can simply take pictures of my receipts right there an then also made the whole reimbursement process so much easier. There is always a risk of employees misusing the card, especially if monitoring is not diligent, but detailed tracking can quickly identify and address suspicious activity. The ability to set specific spending limits for individual cards and employees reduces the risk of overspending although requires a lot of time and resources to get the necessary approvals. I like the ease of use of the platform and slick interface. It is generally easy to submit an ad-hoc expense with receipt and make edits if needed, as well as select your manager for the approval process. I dislike the physical credit card that they provide and the hard-to-use system for budget approvals for trips. They make you get an approval limit and the card won't work outside this limit (even within reason, like $1). My company uses Mesh for many different internal business cases and it has been amazing to use. It's easy to fund and so easy and quick to share with internal staff to use. I enjoy using mesh because I can make purchases as I normally would, and it's discrete and simple to use my business card, both in person and online.
I also appreciate the UX and the simplicity of the site and app — adding receipts and notes and memos is relatively straightforward and easy. It quickly identifies that receipts match up and it's easy to remove/add receipts quickly. It's also nice that I can hook up my card to my apple wallet.
I have run into a few problems (not receiving my authorizaton code to access my card number due to a sim card error on my phone) and the customer support team is always really timely to respond and helpful, resolving my issue in a short amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've only run into an issue where I wasn't able to use the card for an EU vendor due to the EU vendor not supporting a US based card, and this is not configurable in Mesh (as far as I could tell).
