Purchasing someting, when you're at the cash register, is a bit stressful + the process of paying takes long, and the fact that I can't see on the card while paying how much I have to know if it's enough (Especially if I have a card with say dollars and I'm using it in a place that uses a different currency..) Also, why can't I max this out and pay the rest with a different card?, like link a card to the mesh card and if I reach the max, use the other card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Mesh payments for approximately 2-3 years and have found it to be an indispensable tool for managing transactions for various services and softwares. Mainly it works seamlessly without the need to add manualy any reciepts. I use it once a month for spesific services that don't send out the reciepts and for occasional purchases. The Mesh card simplifies expense tracking significantly, with features like auto-sending receipts to a dedicated account email enhancing ease of use. Mesh Payments has been a simple method of reconciling expenses. For Travel expense in particular, the document upload through the app or online is quick and easy. I have found that the invoices are matched to the amounts accurately eveyry time. I use this for all of my travel expenses and it has assure that I provide the needed documentation for our finance organizatation. It made it very easy to integrate to QB and also made it easy to collect receipts and refer to receipts when questions were needed. Easy platform to learn how to use. Easy to give acess and also restrict access. Easy to set up new cards and have them always have the vendors or codes pop up as long as your set it up correctly from the beginning. I did notice there were times where i had to retype in the notes or memos in QB after the transfer process. It didn't always transfer over. Also, we couldn't figure out how to get cashback to inegrate into QB, they wanted to create a separate account for cash back that just did not make sense. So we had to manually input the cash back. It is also frusturating that it is such a long process to return the money back to your outside funding account. For example, we had to transfer funds back into out funding account due to closures and it takes about a month for that to happen. I am not sure why that is. Once I figured out all the details of Mesh Payments, with a lot of hand holding, it is easy to get my two accounts paid in record time. Or they seem to think getting paid is faster with the Mesh Payment than waiting for a check, so they are happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometime when I upload the invoice and supporting documents, I receive a message that an invoice is missing. I know I sent it so I have to send it again. And sometimes the payment gets charged to the incorrect account, but that probably has nothing to do wtih Mesh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That there are categoreis of spending, and that way I can know How much money is left for me in every category. The support chat is amazing and your workers are helpful and nice. I really dont like entering my email adress every time I need to login. Its very very long and I always get it wrong. The face ID does not work when i press it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Mesh during the last four months and my experience has been nothing but amazing. At first the way of using it is pretty simple.

It's very easy to set up a new card and to allocate it to a specific task/need or activity.

Tracking your payments and attaching invoices/receipets is also easy, and the mobile app helps a lot.

as i am the user and not the coordinator from the finance team, i don't control the funds behind the cards, so i have nothing i dislike. from the finance point of view - when creating multiple cards, they need to make sure they have funds to cover all expected expenses on the mesh account.
