Before Mesh, I had to submit google sheets docs with linked receipts saved to my google drive. When I tell you how much work and hassle it was trying to create these intricate/detailed expense sheets each month for our company's finance team - it's insane to think back to how much energy and wasted resources I spent making DIY expense reports (stressing to get them completed each EOM) when my time could have been spent accomplishing other tasks!
What I like most bout Mesh, is that for my department (Operations) I am easily able to create tailor-specific visa cards based on what/how my team spends: teams, events, vendors, one-time use, subscriptions etc. This has made expensing and budgeting so much more organized for my team as well as other teams regarding company purchasing. 🤗 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So the only thing I dislike about Mesh, is that I have to confirm and use a code to access each individual card each time I want to get the card number and details. It's a necessary evil as this process clearly protects me and my company - however, it is a pain to have to do it each time 🫣 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think what I appreciate most about Mesh Is how simple it is to submit receipts. I love that we get notified when there is a charge and all we have to do is reply to that email with a copy of the receipt and we are done. The fact that we can set up for specific projects and with set expiration dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MESH Payments struggles with navigation within the app, making it challenging to find specific functionalities or determine which budgets to request.
The app also has performance issues, with constant laggs and bugs when trying to open or upload a receipt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Mesh for some ongoing and one-off payments. What I really like is that it's easy to login and utilize and easy to plug into payment pages. The 'copy' function on the long card number is really thoughtful. I also like that the address is listed on the card. I work in a remote company so it's hard to remember the address when I work from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The login process is tricky, it's not a password situation you have to attempt to login and verify via email. I understand that it's a safety 2FA thing but it's a bit tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Right from the start, I was able to dive in and navigate through the platform without a hitch. It’s designed to be straightforward and easy to understand, which makes managing payments feel effortless. Another huge advantage is the speed at which payments are processed. My SaaS subscriptions are paid seamlessly and effortlessly, and I love that I don't even have to think about it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It’s tough to find much to dislike about Mesh Payments as it checks most of the boxes for what I need in a payment solution. If I had to nitpick, I’d say that I’d appreciate even more customizable features to tailor the experience perfectly to my specific needs. However, this is just me looking for something to improve in an already robust system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No complaints. If I had to say: It would be nice to have commenting within the system to avoid questions being asked offline (nice to have). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've had a great experience with the Mesh app; it's incredibly convenient and user-friendly. The app displays all your credit cards and transactions in one place. Additionally, you can upload invoices directly to the app, which simplifies tracking for the finance team. One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to copy credit card details directly from the website using the virtual card, eliminating the need to search for a physical card.
I possess multiple cards through Mesh: specific ones for subscriptions and a general card for monthly expenses, so I find myself using Mesh several times a month. Additionally, each employee receives a Mesh card with a fixed monthly allowance for food expenses, which is also very convenient. It's easy to enter the details in the Walt app, for example, and use it effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only criticism is that occasionally the facial recognition feature for logging into the app on my phone doesn't work, which then prolongs the login process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
