I've been impressed with Mesh's approach, i appreciate getting real time notifications for each transaction, and having the ability to reply directly with an invoice that links to the right purchase makes managing expenses so much easeir. The platform also makes it easy to set and track budgets for specific expenses, giving me a clear picture and better control over my finances. The copy / paste feature for card definitely makes online transactions so much quicker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I've found Mesh to be an excellent tool for managing my finances. I think there's some room for improvment when it comes to user level customization, especially with categorization options. As a frequent user with multiple cards, I wish i had the ability to add personalized tags or categories. Since I'm not an admin and don't have site managemnt privileges, not being able to group cards into categories or roll up budgets within those categories feels like a limitation. I like the easy access via app or website. I use this for company management of my employee cards and it is very quick to populate charges, attach receipts and categorize expenses. There is clear visibility of the limit for each card/budget category. It is easy to search by items missing receipt, by user, by open/complete status, etc. Lots of filter options to run reports and export data. The physical cards do not have numbers on them which makes it easy to cancel a line and reassign a new number to avoid fraud issues or security problems. Cancelling/suspending cards is also very quick and easy in the case that someone loses a card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mesh cards not having the numbers printed on them is inconvenient at times. When one of my employees is in an area with low data and cannot login to view the CC# on the app that can be frustrating. Additionally, the cards seem to be coded similar to a prepaid card in some way, they cannot be used to book a rental car. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My favorite part of using Mesh payments is just how easy it is. It is so conveinent that I can just add the card to my Apple Wallet and use it whenever. It has helped to cut down the extra steps that would normally come with a pre-paid card like waiting in the mail for it to arrive & having to keep track of a physical card. It has also made reloading a breeze since it is automatic. The Mesh platform is super user friendly and easy to navigate and it is clear they take security very seriously since two factor authentication is always required. I feel safe and secure using the Mesh app and it makes purchasing things as easy as 1,2,3 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found any true downsides to using Mesh payments yet. The only issue I could possible think of is that some places don't accept pre-paid cards which Mesh technically is, but that is no fault of theirs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like is their versatlity. I can pay for each cloud provider, saas software provider and even my group budget (fun days and so), and track how much I spend for each card very easily.
It's very easy to generate a new card for every purpose, and it's a big game changer in our industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to understand the approval process. For example if I need to request a new card, I'm asking the admisitrator by email and not from the system itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mesh's UI makes things very simple and easy to budget and submit reimbursements. I have used other systems in the past with other companies but have enjoyed the ease and simplification that Mesh offers in it's product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My company uses the virtual credit card aspect of Mesh, which is oftentimes very convenient. However, I have found there are times the virtual component is not conducive for certain types of payments so it would be nice to have the option of a physical card. Admittedly, this may be an option I am unaware of, but it is the only thing that comes to mind at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UX is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The approval flow is streamlined, functional, and smooth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Multiple verifications are required to access card details, which can sometimes be too much of a hassle for obtaining minor information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our finance department has been having a blast with this product, mentioning how they finally feel like there's some order to our company's billing requests.
Regarding my experience, I've only been using virtual cards and am very happy with them.
1. Very intuitive UI, easy to use
2. The transactions log is informative and lets me quickly find the information I seek
3. The reminders on missing receipts are very helpful
4. The ability to accept receipts via email to automate the uploading process is a big time saver
5. Having certain charges denied due to budget constraints has been helping me eliminate inefficient processes where users get automatically added to some of our SaaS systems and has already saved me thousands of dollars a month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only con I can think of is requiring admin approval for editing 'non-essential' card details, like the description. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not having to fill out an expense report is a huge selling point. The process from being issued the card from an administrator and having complete control over making travel arrangements and purchases to documenting those purchases was seamless. I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to add my Mesh card to my phone's wallet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not sure if this is an available feature that my company just didn't take advantage of, but having a physical card for those purchases where you can't use Apple or Google Pay would be a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FOR MODERATION: Guys I truly dont undertand what else do you want to see. I literally epxlained everything (the usage, all pluses and minuses of the Mesh payments and how it exactly helps me in my work).
At our company, everyone's on Mesh Payments, and it's seriously made a huge difference. Before Mesh, asking for funds to buy something felt like a never-ending back-and-forth with management. Now, I've got the autonomy to manage it myself.
So Mesh Payments is basically a tool which allows you to issue credit cards for multiple services. Now imagine you have a separate card with a buudget limit for every tool your company use, not one business card for expenses. Pretty cool, right?
In a company I am responsible for tools that my department use.
So the major benefit for me is the peace of mind from knowing we're not going to overshoot our department's budget. Its a really game-changer that you separate and limit your funds per service. Even if prices rise or canceling subscriptions becomes a headache, we're covered. For anyone who's juggled dozens of multiple subscriptions before... you know how is it!
Getting cards issued instantly after approval is another perk. I don’t have to worry about the security of those card details, either. Mesh handles that, making everything I need easy to access, without having to dig around (cause I saved it SOMEWHERE safe and know I can't find it xD).
Of course there is a multi-step approval system and my managers and accounting will not let me, as a user, to issue the card and withdrawl the company bank account :) But it still make the work much more organized.
And the last benefit I found for myself, Mesh has automatic OCR function for invoices and reciepts. So usually it automatically recognize everything and I don't need to spen my time collecting and providing it to the accounting dep.
So yeah, I’d tell any business owner that Mesh is a smart move. It saves time, cuts down on the mess, and just makes everything run smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The OCR feature and the option to add separate emails for invoices are great, but sometimes Mesh struggles to recognize these invoices (really rare though).
And It would be really helpful if there was an option to connect your personal email directly to Mesh. This is because some services don’t let you add a separate billing address for Mesh to automatically pick up the invoices. Being able to link a personal email could really save a lot of time for employees who use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that I can be independent on my work travel. I get a budget and i can book my own flight and hotel, i can descide how to spend the daily food budget as well. This gives a lot of freedom and makes the trip much easier, nicer and with much less annoying birocracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing i disliked was the fact that i had a few times the card payment failed. I'm not sure if it was the card or the business that tried to chargh it but had this happened to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
