Great customer support whenever I have needed to contact them, and generally easy to make online payments and in-person payments with the linked card.
The only limitations here, which can be confusing for UK merchants, is that this is signature based rather than PIN based (Yes, I get the occasionally funny look). The card is all black, so there is no visible signature to verify.
There are also merchants and payment providers who do not accept this type of card online, though they are few and far between. Some charge an additional fee (seems highly suspect) for using a VISA Business card, or 'pre-paid' card also, which hasn't been ideal when needed.

I am an avid user of mesh and have been super happy with their ease of use. I am able to set-up credit cards from a group budget - making it easy to track expenses and report it back to finance. For example, I can pay for different online tools in serparate credit cards and track recurring charges or changes in subscription fees. I also really like the ability to send receipts, Mesh allows you to send receipts or other documents related to the transaction via email and it will automatically tag each expense. Its like magic. What I like the most about the Mesh Paymeys is the ease of set up. Once set up it happens monthly without any issue. All I had to do as a user is input my receipt and it's accepted by the finance department. What I also like is that it notifies me on my email and also on my phone. So, so easy to use and report charges. As soon as you make a charge, you get an email from Mesh that you can reply right back to with the receipt, and boom, done. Everything magically goes where it needs to go to make accounting happy and for me not to have any more admin work associated with the charge. The way we do it at our company is we have a separate Mesh card per vendor or expense so we have to get a new one spun up for new items, but it is pretty fast. So I guess, not much I don't like. I've been impressed with Mesh's approach, i appreciate getting real time notifications for each transaction, and having the ability to reply directly with an invoice that links to the right purchase makes managing expenses so much easeir. The platform also makes it easy to set and track budgets for specific expenses, giving me a clear picture and better control over my finances. While I've found Mesh to be an excellent tool for managing my finances. I think there's some room for improvment when it comes to user level customization, especially with categorization options. As a frequent user with multiple cards, I wish i had the ability to add personalized tags or categories. Since I'm not an admin and don't have site managemnt privileges, not being able to group cards into categories or roll up budgets within those categories feels like a limitation.
