What do you like best about Mercu?

Ever since I went searching out a new platform to drive our learning and development and communication across our national network, Mercu stood out for several reasons and since then has not disappointed. They have helped us pivot into a realm where we can communicate easily with all front line staff. I can deliver quick, easy to use and understand micro learning that doesn't require a login or app. It has enabled us to streamline onboarding. The team at Mercu are dedicated, constantly seek feedback and WANT it. They are ever evolving but not to the extent where it impacts negatively on the customer. The level of support is incomparable to any other system I have worked with- and even with growth, I don't see it changing because their dedication to their brand, their customer and the end user experience is so strong and obvious when you speak to the team or see their work output. They are an incredible force in an ever changing realm and I have no doubt it will only strengthen and improve various industries, especially in hospitality. Thank you Mercu-love your work! It is almost impossible to reach all staff at a detailed intimate level once the team go above 250 head count... with Mercu this problem is solved. We are able to protect our culture, morale while deeply impeding our mission & targets with immediate effect.
