It is very user friendly. The initial setup is fast and easy. The customer service is proactive and prompt at replying to any queries that i have. I am using this on a daily basis and it helps in saving a lot of my time. Ever since I went searching out a new platform to drive our learning and development and communication across our national network, Mercu stood out for several reasons and since then has not disappointed. They have helped us pivot into a realm where we can communicate easily with all front line staff. I can deliver quick, easy to use and understand micro learning that doesn't require a login or app. It has enabled us to streamline onboarding. The team at Mercu are dedicated, constantly seek feedback and WANT it. They are ever evolving but not to the extent where it impacts negatively on the customer. The level of support is incomparable to any other system I have worked with- and even with growth, I don't see it changing because their dedication to their brand, their customer and the end user experience is so strong and obvious when you speak to the team or see their work output.
