I am currently a part of a mentoring program at work as the mentor. We are currently working on a Being A Change Agent. The program provides details such as an introduction, mission and benefits, focus areas and guidelines.

To date, there isn't anything that I've run into that would cause me to dislike Mentoring Complete. There are a few required pieces of information to sign up that I didn't understand their need, but that may have been set up by the company, versus hard coded in the program.
