It is a self-guided experience, where users can register for the platform, select their mentor, and update and host meetings without our support. It's also helpful for data collection and analysis. The pairing algorithm and reporting page take the manual lift off of the team. **What do you dislike about Together Mentorship?** It's definitely meant for internal programs, like when everyone is using the same email domain, meeting software, calendars, etc. They also make a ton of updates without sharing navigation or explanations of what has changed. So sometimes features that you enjoy just change or disappear without any notice. **What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you?** Together Mentorship allows us to support more people through automated pairing and self-guided experiences, without manual effort. I realized how similar our pathways are; I'm simply a few decades ahead and can provide feedback on what I would do differently, or what I would recommend doing. I can provide the feedback and guidance that I wish I would have had available at that time in my life. The reminders are perfect, and the agenda helps to focus what the upcoming call "can" be about. It's easy to use and provides all the guidance that you need. I was nervous to being the program with how overwhelming it can be, but this program breaks it down into smaller segments that allow us to both customize and to give direction. **What do you dislike about Together Mentorship?** Honestly, I wish there was a spellcheck feature - it would make typing a lot easier and help prevent glaring mistakes! **What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's providing a platform to be able to share my experiences and to help guide someone so they don't necessarily make the mistakes I did. Also by connecting like-minded people together, we can build trust and share experiences and concerns and fears without judgment. We set session times that work best for each of us and are able to utilize applications we already use every day such as Teams and Outlook. Registration and continuation of program was extremely easy to set up and the layout is clean and user friendly. I get reminders before every session and am encouraged to leave feedback afterwards. I also really like the fact that we are sent videos and pointers to get the most out of each meet up and I login often to visit these videos. It often generates questions that would be more applicable for people who are not interacting everyday, which can make some of the questions repetitive or unneeded. The system has been very helpful in connecting the Coach and the Coachee, and provides feedback in real time. It is very easy to use and learn and pick up on quickly. We were integrated quickly and without any issues. We use the app on a bi-monthly basis and it has been super healpful to have the access to it handy. There has been no need for Customer Support so far as the process has been seamless. The feedback feature is ideal after every call to know how well you are doing during the process. It has a next steps feature, to ensure we can follow up in the next meeting. **What do you dislike about Together Mentorship?** So far, I have not had many concerns with the use of this app. Once thing I could recommend is when booking the meetings it automatically suggest to auto book the rest of the meetings. It does not, however, offer the option to opt out of any weeks, or make changes to any of the meetings during that process so then you have to go back and physically make that change. **What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing with information in real time about what is to be discussed during the meetings. We have to look for the redundant calendar invite manually and delete it from our calendar which causes some confusion if either party misses the email sent from the other. **What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you?** A common platform for the Mentor and Mentee to collaborate for schedule and session objectives management.
