I really like the proposed structure, where we have a base framework that often serves as inspiration for possible development directions alongside the mentor.

I also appreciate that the structure acts as a guide rather than a rigid format. We can adjust the topics and number of sessions based on our needs, in collaboration with the mentor.

We are able to have very structed processes in place to know exactly what is expected of us during this process. The system has been very helpful in connecting the Coach and the Coachee, and provides feedback in real time. It is very easy to use and learn and pick up on quickly. We were integrated quickly and without any issues. We use the app on a bi-monthly basis and it has been super healpful to have the access to it handy. There has been no need for Customer Support so far as the process has been seamless. The feedback feature is ideal after every call to know how well you are doing during the process. So far, I have not had many concerns with the use of this app. Once thing I could recommend is when booking the meetings it automatically suggest to auto book the rest of the meetings. It does not, however, offer the option to opt out of any weeks, or make changes to any of the meetings during that process so then you have to go back and physically make that change. The platform provides a user-friendly interface and allows easy implementation of the Mentorship by the plan administrator, providing a uniform structure for all the Mentor-Mentee pairs on the platform. The platform doesn't send event cancelation or modification notifications when the Mentor or Mentee moves the sessions. We have to look for the redundant calendar invite manually and delete it from our calendar which causes some confusion if either party misses the email sent from the other. It is really easy to schedule the sessions with clear objectives.

I think I haven't seen the feedback part. I don't know if it's because I have not receive feedback or because the feedback is private or because I have not pay attention to the this part.

If I had any issues it would be the limited choices for content editing in notes. Basic features are there, but an extra level or two for bulleting would be nice. Maybe be able to attach more than just an image file or link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Every time we set up a mentoring session there are two different meeting invites in the calendar. It could be that there is a way to set it up for as one calendar invite with Teams meeting, but most of the users I know have not found a way to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- It gives a readymade agenda to discuss with mentors

- Very simple and clean UI, i don't have to think to use the platform. Actions are very intuitive

- I found that the matchmaking process to be a little inconsistent at times, found myself being matched with mentors who are out of range in terms of learning

- I believe both mentees and mentors should ideally add more details on the platform so that both parties have an easier time selecting each other. It might help if some fields are made mandatory to fill out. I love that the person I was paired with wasn't what I expected, but he is exactly what I needed. I love that this is my professional development time and it brings me to thinking outside my norm. I think meeting 2x a month would be better, but this is the 1st go around so it's a work in progress. My calendar has meetings on it, but are listed as free.
