The program is easy to follow, with a section that provides guides. I am currently a part of a mentoring program at work as the mentor. We are currently working on a Being A Change Agent. The program provides details such as an introduction, mission and benefits, focus areas and guidelines. I can see my progress in the program and read up on helpful tips.
