The email feature needs some UX/UI help - theres no undo button and the fonts get all weird when you copy paste from a difference source - even if you paste in a way that matches the destination style.
Would also be great to add some more email formatting options like what is available in Gmail - e.g. newsletter style etc.

I've been using Membrain for over a year now. It's a very visual CRM with a number of features that I wouldn't want to live without now that I've used them:
- a Kanban-style / visually appealing interface that includes the flexibility to align projects under corporate parent (very useful for us)
- an enhanced and integrated Quotes section which might well have been inspired by user feedback (mine! I'm sure many others as well)
- enhanced automated integration of social links
- full control over pipeline design and flow
- a strong reporting engine which is very flexible
For new users, getting up to speed with the Membrain product is straightforward. Very different from other list-style CRMs I've used, which feel very rudimentary in comparison.
I've been particularly impressed with the engagement from their support team, who listen to my problems and help me refine solutions, suggest integrations (of which there are many), and generally make my sales life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would love to see a native Notion integration. Would also like to see integration of AI-transcoding of meetings integrated into the CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I'm able to keep notes of customers and make tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I just have some ideas on how to make it better.
1. I wish there was a copy button, like if I hover over an email address or phone number or contact name it would copy it so I can paste it into a different form I am filling out.
2. I wish addresses were 10000 times easier to enter. It takes forever
3. I wish I could take a picture of a business card and it would enter it automatically
4. I wish the app could be used on Android
5. I wish i could put a custom signature in the emails
6. I wish I could import info from industry select-for Free
