What do you like best about Membrain?

The user-friendly interface is not complicated to use, everyone can just sign up and start using Membrain. Also, I like the easy flow setup and clear steps, not to mention creating tasks and picking up client info from the internet on the fly. We were able to integrate it with Slack easily. It's got great customer support and using it frequently (Everyday) has never been easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Membrain?

Membrain allows me to stay present in meetings/calls and remain organized and on task when I'm not. My processes and next actions are easily staged for quick daily admin time, so I can focus on being the best consultant possible. I spend very little time keeping Membrain up-to-date and at a glance, I know the next actions for every deal, prospect, and account and what my forecasted revenue is.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

What do you like best about Membrain?

Find the software easy on the eye with the whole process from lead to sale a simple process.

Creating content for internal and external use is a big plus

The integration with Outlook and Teams is slick and works well for setting up meetings.

The lead qualifier feature is great for filtering out leads that don't fit.

Also love the option to allow customers and potentials book in time with Membrain Meet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Membrain?

Can be slow at times.

Integrations with our Zoho accounts (though this can be done via Zapier) but would like to see financial data within a customer record.

The ticketing feature is quite new but in time would like a customer portal where users can log on to see and update the progress of their tickets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Membrain solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the main problems with our sales process is the turnover of staff and having to retrain. Membrain's approach by implementing coaching and content makes the whole process a lot simplier and ensures all users follow the same process. What do you like best about Membrain?

The Membrain CRM is a very robust CRM solution that can be customized to our specific business needs. Our company creates custom automation solutions for all manufacturing facilities, thus creating the need to develop unique process for the different business units we focus on. Our company operates in three unique business areas; palletizing & logistics, the pallet industry, and manufacturing automation. The system solves the problem of needing different software to manage and supporting our sales team. Membrain allows us to operate in one software system, but manage all aspects of our sales needs.
