Usability of the administration module. This is a symptom of the flexibility described above. Because there are so many options, and configurations, there is a high learning curve to master the product and it's full capability/potential. There is a lot of time and resources needed to set up this system. It took us a while to understand the best approach to designing materials that translated well as "templated" materials.
