The things I dislike about the software are minimal—and, I've noticed through time, those issues are being resolved as upgrades are being implemented. It seems like some software "extras" would be included in the cost--such as business reporting. So not a fan of "extras" or add ons as we are most likely not going to be able to afford them. There is a lot of time and resources needed to set up this system. It took us a while to understand the best approach to designing materials that translated well as "templated" materials. There are also some settings in the system that can't be changed that make it a bit clunky in some places. The vendor has been great about working with us to figure out workarounds.
