Easy to use and so much you can do! This platform is getting better and better.
Some of the new features are fantastic. Mapp's strategy of doing what the others do well even better works but also means they are ahead of the curve.

The speed to market of a product created in MAPP is amazing. Within a day or two you can have one email template multiplied, localized in 60 languages, tested signed off and sent to customers involving zero html developers and no html knowledge. Each market can easily adopt email template using the drag and Drop templates, be in full control of what they want to send out and execute email communication in very short time. The access level and group settings ( whether country or email groups ) is already good but can still be improved and this is related to situations where you have users that are part of multiple countries, markets and should have good visibility within their own environments and not browsing globally unless they have admin access rights. CEP pretty much has all bases covered in terms of functionality. They have more functions than any other esp I have used in over 20 years of mailing. There is always room for improvement but nothing I can say that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes communication (or lack of it) can be an issue, i.e. not getting an acknowledgment of emails; sometimes, despite giving clear (i hope ) instructions, I don't get what I ask for i.e. it took us some time to establish what I need for ad-hoc retention reports. It might be worth jumping on a call instead of emails going forward; quality control seems to be off at the moment i.e Black Friday issues; I'd like to be guided more through the email marketing world i.e. get suggestions of conferences, get insights, good practices etc; Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my personal experience I have to say the CMS platform is very easy and simple to use, it's fast and efficient with more and more developments and improvements being made all of the time. The client support we get from Josh is excellent, as a business we have gone through many changes of which Josh has supported myself throughout and I can't thank him enough! How simple it and powerful the platform is. It's incredible how reliable the platform is, I can easily automate a chain communication strategy. With the segmentation feature I can easily deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.
