I like that I can quickly push apps of my choosing to the headsets. I also appreciated being able to restart the headsets from the console. It has been very easy to set up and implement. Customer service has also been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to bulk manage our devices is the main feature of ManageXR I like most. Pushing out updates to all headsets simultaneously is a huge time saver, mainly because our VR apps are frequently updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unfortunately, ManageXR does not support device streaming from Oculus Quest 2 devices; we currently use Oculus Quest 2. Hopefully, this feature will be added to their serivces soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company, Lobaki, has worked with ManageXR since their early days, and we've been consistently impressed by their team's commitment to creating a quality product and maintaining good relationships with their clients. Lobaki deploys VR headsets in bulk for education and training, often hundreds at a time, and ManageXR has become one of the main tools in our toolbelt. We're able to use the platform to remotely manage and troubleshoot any of our devices, directly download and update applications, and put our partner schools at ease by letting them manage their devices as well.
Throughout our relationship, ManageXR has consistently been receptive to our feedback and suggestions, often asking us directly what additions or changes we would like to see. As a result, their platform is tailored to work just as we need it to. Though there are still many more features in development, some of their most recent additions have been game-changers for us. The ability to view data and analytics collected from our devices has helped us gain insights into what our schools and their students are using the devices for, and how we can best help them; the management of headset settings, like wifi network configuration, has helped to make the device setup process as simple as possible; and the organizational management of hundreds of devices across many schools has allowed us to seamlessly manage the distinct needs of each separate organization. We truly can't imagine doing our jobs without this platform.
The team at ManageXR is, and has always been, extremely responsive, professional, and helpful when responding to our questions or requests. Because our experience with ManageXR has been so positive, we prefer to frame this as future wishlist items for the platform, rather than dislikes.
In the future, we'd love to see:
• The ability to pull files (troubleshooting logs, quiz results, analytics, screenshots, 3D models, etc) from the headsets, and/or upload specific files or directories to a shared place
• The ability to see a livestream of a headset
• The ability to make notes about each device from the online console, and then view those notes within that headset
• Integration with various platforms' app stores, like the Oculus Store, Pico Store, or SideQuest, so that apps could be more directly searched for and distributed to devices
• A more streamlined interface for mobile devices, or maybe even a mobile/tablet app
Overall, ManageXR is a fantastic tool for setting up, managing, and deploying content to headsets in bulk. However, the biggest area of opportunity is a pipeline that allows for data/files/media to be passed back and forth between the headset and the manager. ManageXR allows us to remotely manage all our VR headsets both internally and with our clients. We have been using the system for just over a year and it continues to go from strength to strength providing increasing insights for checking status, fixing issues, and analysis. Brink's needed to deploy close to 500 VR headsets across the US. We loved that ManageXR gave us the ability to not only configure each headset to our specifications, but also that we have the capability of remotely monitoring each unit out in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love the ability to distribute applications to our devices in the field remotely. We have several different deployments globally that require various applications, files, device settings, etc. This can all be controlled inside ManageXR! We also use ManageXR to distribute beta builds to specific devices for testing, which has been a powerful internal tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. The ability to grow and control VR deployments, no matter the size. Life before ManageXR was painful. We are excited that ManageXR exists!!!
2. ManageXR's help center, videos, and documentation have helped us out tremendously.

We use Virtual Reality to deliver marine science content to middle school students. The Kiosk Mode in Manage XR allows us to keep students on track and engaged in the appropriate content.
