ManageEngine has so many great features. I especially love the simplicity of being able to install software remotely. That feature alone has saved me countless hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were more details when a deployment fails. I also recently had a situation where I needed to replace the Agent with a new version with new parameters. The migration tool I was provided failed to do the task it was created for, so I had to find alternative means of completing this task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is its comprehensive set of features that allow for centralized management of diverse operating systems like Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The intuitive dashboard, combined with powerful automation capabilities, makes it easier for us to monitor and manage all devices from one place. Also, the policy enforcement options for security and compliance are very robust, making it super useful for GDPR-compliant environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The initial setup can be a bit overwhelming due to the number of configurations available and I feel like sometimes the solution is over-engineered with a few unnneccesary features like having an MDM and a UEM in one tool but also kind of separate in a way that sometimes the UEM enrollment works but you still need to do a separate MDM enrollment to use the full capabilities of ManageEngine. A more guided onboarding process or built-in tutorials would help users get started faster. Also, while the interface is functional, it could be more modern and visually refined. What I like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is its comprehensive feature set that simplifies IT management. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate, while robust functionalities like remote desktop support, patch management, and software deployment streamline everyday tasks. Additionally, the reporting capabilities are impressive, providing valuable insights into system health and performance. Overall, it enhances efficiency and allows IT teams to focus more on strategic initiatives rather than routine maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall, my experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central has been very positive. However, the adaptation period can be a bit challenging due to the numerous functionalities it offers. While this is an advantage because it provides many useful tools, new users may need some time to get familiar with all the available options. Despite this, the effort is worth it, as once you adjust, the tool proves to be extremely efficient and powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All-in-one tool which allows you to fully-manage your computers, and keep them up-to-date avoiding security breaches which could be used by malicious actors. See at a glance how secure your systems are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For some tasks the GUI could not being as much friendly as it should, and it has a little learning curve, but I think that's normal. Although the cost per computer is not very expensive, the price could be a problem in an environment with a lot of computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Endpoint Central allows my organization to fully manage our endpoints, be they workstations, servers or mobile devices. As Endpoint Central also allows for management, and configuration of devices of multiple operating systems, this provides a single pane of glass look at our entire IT inventory. With the addition of add-ons, we have been able to replace several separate programs, and rely on Endpoint Central to keep our inventory updated, patched, and secured. The only real downfall with using Endpoint Central, or any ManageEngine product for that matter, is the support is all based in India. This sometimes presents issues with communicating any technical issues, and delays the response time if developers must be involved. This is due to a 10 1/2 hour time difference between India and my organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With so many features its hard to say what I like best. However if I had to say something I guess it would be the interface and the fact that all the features are in one area. The fact that you can control every aspect of a computer is awesome. I started with anothewr company recently and have another program whos name I wont mention. However I can't wait to our contract ends which is soon so I can purchase the full version and really get all the great features. I've used Endpoint Central in another company and it just works. They are also still adding features from requests from acutal users, how awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
