I like it that is linked to Mailgun, another service that I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find it challenging to use your mail services because it's complex, leading to multiple newsletters being sent to the same contacts. While I'm currently on a free plan to test their services, I'm hesitant to upgrade. Managing the contact list seems difficult, and there's a risk of annoying recipients by sending emails multiple times. It would be beneficial for their service to learn from platforms like Mailchimp in terms of contact management. So far, Mailjet has been the least effective in this regard. The good thing about the mailjet is they provide services like email marketing campaigns, including email list segmentation, email automation, and email analytics that will be a great help for small business and startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The bad thing about mailjet's is that it supports a limited number of triggers and conditions, which can make it difficult to create complex email workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am using it as an SMTP for sending mails from WordPress. It works flawlessly, robust insights, a lot of data, and very stragihtforward setup. A really generous free plan coupled with a lot of really cool features.
It also provides marketing realted tools as well, including ability to create campaigns. I personally use it for transactional mails only, but it is a really great tool for a majority of use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike about it. However, the inability to view an already sent email is a bummer for me. As someone who sends 1000+ monthly emails, I dont always remember what I wrote in a particular mail. There should be proper capability to view any sent transactional mail Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpful thing about the Mailjet platform is that it helps a lot to provide a robust email service and to create and track my company's marketing and transactional emails. The advantage of using this platform is that it helps provide powerful insights and rich data. The templates on this platform are also user-friendly. Its features are also really great, and it is one of the most helpful platforms to offer features like integration with applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have yet to find any downsides to dislike about this platform. Everything seems very helpful and great to me. But its design can be made a little more beautiful. I think the interface needs to be made a bit more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mailjet is an email marketing and automation platform that allows businesses to send emails quickly, easily, and affordably. It offers features such as A/B testing, real-time tracking, and list segmentation, as well as customer service and integration with popular applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
However, there are some issues. Email automation is only available to premium users, and connecting our domain proved difficult. This should be available to free users as well, though there should be a limit on the number of free daily emails that can be sent at the same time. Automation processes necessitate thought, and a 30-day trial period may be insufficient to determine whether the system is suitable for the user. At the very least, I thoroughly test software. It sounds simple, but it does just what you would expect it to do. The API is good and allows us to send out our transaction emails quickly and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It does not allow you to manually send out transaction emails. We have a need for that on occassion when we change our terms and conditions or our pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how Mailjet makes it easy to organize my email by topic. It's great to be able to see all my newsletters in one place, and it's really easy to unsubscribe from newsletters if I don't want them anymore. Plus, the templates are really user-friendly and make creating emails a breeze. Overall, I'm really happy with Mailjet and would definitely recommend it to others! I don't really enjoy the design of Mailjet. I find it to be very cluttered and unorganized. Additionally, the interface is not very user friendly. It can be difficult to find what you're looking for, and the navigation is confusing at times. Overall, I would not recommend Mailjet to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Campaign statistics are fairly good as is delivery of marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reverting to a free plan is very complex. I am a regular user of Mailjet (taking a one-month subscription every three to four months) and each time I have to delve into their FAQ to remember how to do it. It is obvisouly purposefully designed by Mailjet.
Update September 2023: still a pain to switch to a free plan. Mailjet has not made in better these past few years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
