I've used a variety of Advertising Tools & Madgicx is by far the best. There are many elements of the App that I LOVE, I enjoy how the tool presents data. It's visually pleasing & easy to understand & optimize. The audience-based tools are also great when it comes to discovering similar audiences & analyzing what's worked great/not so great in the past. I could go on all day about the huge variety of tools that are available but the customer service has been my biggest & most pleasant takeaway. The team are absolutely fantastic. During my onboarding calls, Chris (VP) held my hand & walked me through the platform & how to use it effectively. He provided me with so much value on topics even outside of the Madgicx platform. I got to know the power of using this tool I am able to improve our FB ROAS, CTR, etc, even I'm able to save a lot of time because with madigcx I'm able to create a custom audience, lookalike audience in just a few clicks, which save a lot of time, this tool has one more good feature which is automated rules so after setting up you will not bleed your money on poor adset, one more good feature which I like the most you can check your best performing ad copies so you can scale it further, overall I must say this tool is must for every marketer, packed with great features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool has more options so when you exploring the first time you might get confused about how to use it but after getting onboarding calls with the help of madgicx team they have shared the right strategies to use this tool and I must say this tool is very powerful to launch tons of ads in less span of time, you will save a lot of time. The thing i like the most is that our ads are finally starting to perform better again. Madgicx has already worked out a great strategy for us to use. It was very easy to implement too. I tried Madgicx out initially, as our Ad performance really dropped after the iOS14 update. I have been using it for just over a month now and have already seen improvement. Madgicx is a great service. The software looks a little overwhelming when you first log in, but there's tons of help to understand it. My shop was treading water with Facebook ads, struggling to gather the information they needed to be profitable. I got a sale the first day with Madgicx. Now only three weeks in, I'm up 810% in overall sales. It's really only getting better, and they eliminate the element of chance on your ad spend with all the different test audiences they're able to launch quickly and analyze the results.

My agent Ezra is always helpful, responding to emails, advice, helping with guidance through the ad build. It's a bargain with all the one-on-one support you're able to get through a monthly subscription service. I've been really happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Madgicx is really helpful in quickly launching new AI based audiences and setting up automation tactics such as Stop Loss and Revive for pausing and resuming adsets that do not meet certain criteria. It also provides great metrics and dashboards. Seems to be equally applicable to small companies like mine but has enough features to satisfy larger companies with more experience in digital marketing.

But what impressed me even more than the features and the power of the software is the customer service. I can honestly say it is 5-star service irrespective of your ad spend. It was the response time, attitude and willingness to allocate extra time for queries, onboarding webinars and one-one calls even during my free trial that really impressed me enough to sign up for a paid plan without hesitation. I finally signed up to see what Madgicx was all about. I had taken an in-depth Facebook ads masterclass and at the end, Madgicx was highly recommended to try if I was serious about customer reach via Facebook ads. In addition, I have so many other items to attend to on a daily basis that I needed to rein in all the monotonous Facebook ads tasks into a much more efficient system.

I signed up and had a walkthrough demonstration with Yeddah. She was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my pressing questions — and a bonus? She was super nice! There's just a lot to pore over on the website. It takes a lot of time to go through it thoroughly (which I admittedly haven't been able to). HOWEVER, despite this, I can already see a marked difference in my Facebook ads performance and it's only day 3! I'm very optimistic about the coming days and weeks. Everyone on the team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and are willing to assist. I felt like I have been going around in circles trying to understand Facebook Ads, and stumbled across Madgicx. This has been the BEST decision I've made for my businesses! My ROAS have definitely increased and is getting better everyday. Whenever I need assistance, someone is always willing to get on a zoom session with me and we get the problem resolved immediately! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
