SCAM ALERT - DO NOT SIGN UP - After trial rolls automatically into a full year of billing. There is no customer service number or direct chat. They only provide AI help and the whole system is self serve. I brought up the charge of $350 within 24hrs to reverse the charges. They responded after 5 hours with a generic response and cancelled my account with NO REFUND.

This is absolutely the most fraudulent company I’ve ever encountered. They’re nothing but a pack of scammers and thieves! I purchased a program report once, and I couldn’t even log in after paying for it. Fast forward a year, and out of nowhere, they charged my card $180 for absolutely nothing—just because I tried logging into the platform for the service I originally bought! They’re deceitful crooks who will charge you for random things if they have your card information. BEWARE of these scammers. DO NOT sign up for their services or give them any payment details. I've been using the app for roughly two weeks and it's been an incredible experience. The AI capabilities have replaced tasks I previously outsourced to consultants, offering both efficiency and cost savings. What stands out most, however, is the exceptional onboarding process and the support team. They've provided personalized assistance every step of the way, ensuring a smooth setup and ongoing support that truly exceeds expectations. Madgicx offers several features that are currently in beta, indicating they are still in the testing phase and may not function perfectly. One such feature is the AI marketer, which has been reported to not always update at the expected times. This can lead to inconsistencies in performance and may affect the overall user experience.

Additionally, the "ask the AI marketer" function, designed to allow users to submit queries or requests, confirms receipt of these questions but lacks clarity on the follow-up process. Users are left without information regarding when or how their inquiries will be addressed. The team and customer support are great. We've been working with Manna for a few weeks and she's incredible, really knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your needs and explain everything. The AI ad creation tool appears to be not so useful at the moment, but I believe it's because it has just been rolled out, or perhaps I have not used it correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That is optimizes ad bidding in a way that a human could never do. We pump out consistent ROI on mostly evergreen advertising on Meta and hardly check the dashboard. AI ad management has been promised for a long time by the software community - I've tried many of them - and Madgicx is on the way to delivering. With great support also. I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience and disappointment with Madgicx platform, a platform that I had high hopes for, but that ultimately failed to deliver on its promises.

From the start, I was met with a series of technical issues that severely affected my ability to use the platform effectively. Despite our efforts to work with their support team to resolve these issues, I was met with a lack of urgency and a seeming inability to provide effective solutions.

The first issue I faced was with the Google Ads account connection, which was eventually resolved, but not without significant time and effort on my part. However, other issues persisted, including problems with catalog availability and Canvas Ads. Despite numerous attempts to rectify these issues, they remained unresolved, causing huge disruption to my business operations and profit, because we stopped all Meta marketing campaigns because of this untrusted platform!!

Furthermore, Madgicx failed to accurately reflect my Facebook Ads account, with many of my ads and campaigns not appearing in Madgicx. The support team's explanation for this was unsatisfactory, suggesting that the platform could only pull assets that had already spent money on Facebook. This significant limitation was not made clear to me when I signed up for the service.

In the end, I requested a full refund due to the platform's inability to meet my needs and the significant disruption it caused to my business. However, this request was denied, with the blame being placed on me for the platform's shortcomings, despite the loss we had for not running any marketing campaigns for 3 weeks!!

In conclusion, my experience with Madgicx was deeply disappointing. The platform failed to deliver on its promises. I strongly advise anyone considering using Madgicx to think twice. There are other platforms out there that offer better functionality and superior customer support. Save your time, money, and frustration, and look elsewhere.
