I have been using it for just over a month now and have already seen improvement. There is still more improvement necessary, but at least i can see that it is now consistently going up rather than down. The support team is great too. The software looks a little overwhelming when you first log in, but there's tons of help to understand it. My shop was treading water with Facebook ads, struggling to gather the information they needed to be profitable. I got a sale the first day with Madgicx. Now only three weeks in, I'm up 810% in overall sales. It's really only getting better, and they eliminate the element of chance on your ad spend with all the different test audiences they're able to launch quickly and analyze the results. My agent Ezra is always helpful, responding to emails, advice, helping with guidance through the ad build. It's a bargain with all the one-on-one support you're able to get through a monthly subscription service. It also provides great metrics and dashboards. Seems to be equally applicable to small companies like mine but has enough features to satisfy larger companies with more experience in digital marketing. But what impressed me even more than the features and the power of the software is the customer service. I can honestly say it is 5-star service irrespective of your ad spend. It was the response time, attitude and willingness to allocate extra time for queries, onboarding webinars and one-one calls even during my free trial that really impressed me enough to sign up for a paid plan without hesitation. **What do you dislike about Madgicx?** Nothing to dislike. I'd say my favorite so far is the Ad Automations and Bid Testing features. The last call that I had was definitely an eye-opener as to how much I've yet to learn from running ads. The dashboard is much more intuitive and quickly gives you a snapshot of how your account is performing by Acqusition, Remarketing, and Retention. Best of all was the amazing on boarding experience provided by Nomi. She was super helpful in analysing the current performance and made some very insightful recommendations on running the account. Best of all the couple of audiences she created through the app gave a profitable ROAS straight away - we would have never thought of creating these audiences. **What do you dislike about Madgicx?** Can be a bit daunting to get started - it can be a steep learning curve. However, Nomi was able to get us started very quickly with a few of the key tools. With Madgixc you have a few great features: stop and loss (micromanaging ad performance) Surf (to surf the FB algorithm, so to speak), tons of audiences that FB does not provide and the possibility to combine winning creatives. A way of visualizing our data that not only "informs", but also drives action and decisions. After discovering the Creative Insights and Ad Copy Insights of Madgicx, I realized we were blindly picking the creatives and ad copies we "though" were working the best, when Madgicx can analyze the entire Ads Manager and let us know exactly how much budget have we allocated in each creative and what's the ROAS of that creative in total. Now we don't have to guess, we can look at the real numbers. We also learned a lot about how our target audience reacts to ad copies when we include a link, emojis, long-text, short-text, etc. 3-Audience Studio A great tool that helps us learn what audience is providing the best results. Every time we are about to launch a new campaign we use this feature to decide what audiences should we use or lookalike. 4- Every button is documented (with text and video) You can hover any button in the UI, and a small menu will popup with documentation explaining in a text-like format how that button works, but also, videos explaining how that button works (in case you are more of a visual person). Honestly, I've never seen that on any other platform. Even the Facebook Ads Manager, the documentation is in text format. If you want a video go to Youtube, or somewhere else, but there are not video-tutorials inside the Ads Manager. 5- Customer Service is 24/7 Sometimes I'm working all day long, sometimes I'm working all night long, it depends. But any time I reach out to the customer service via chat they get back to me within a few minutes. Great customer service. **What do you dislike about Madgicx?** It doesn't let us create an Ad Copy from scratch inside the platform. It only allows you to pick an already created one. On top of that Madgicx is extremely well thought out in terms of the features and includes a massive library of pre-build audiences at every stage of the campaign execution. There's also a library of automation tactics for ongoing campaign management, with custom automation to suit any complex tactics you can dream up. On top of all this, there's also a bunch of tools for optimisation creatives and more. Our advice is to dig in and give it go. There's a trail period so why not? **What do you dislike about Madgicx?** A few improvements as of Dec 2020 that we would like to see on the roadmap are: There isn't an ad level automation tactic for ad rotation, although from speaking to their dev team, they are aware of the use case for ad rotation and suggest this may be launched soon. Also, it would be great to see ad creation with ab testing functionality of headlines, primary text, images etc. same as Dynamic Creative Testing in Facebooks ad manager or that found on the Adexpesso platform. Madgicx does have Ad optimisation to help pinpoint your best image creatives and primary text and launch new ads, but not creating from scratch. **Recommendations to others considering Madgicx:** Give it a go. Run a campaign alongside your existing campaign(s) and evaluate the results. We tried a lot of other similar platforms and found Madgcx better suited to our needs.
