Macorva seamlessly integrated with our salesforce instance to provide a streamlined way to generate surveys to consented patients via email and text. By doing so, we increased survey responses by 75%. For survey responses that were negative, we enabled communication to the person's manager for coaching opportunity. Macorva provides an infrastructure that makes it simple to understand your customer's feedback in a timely fashion. At the beginning, the service was a bit diffucult to use and understand. It didn't quite work for our company the way it needed to.
