My whole experience with Wordstream has been fantastic. During our onboarding, the consultant we were assigned was very knowledgeable, provide great advice and always followed up our calls with helpful documentation, guides, etc. She quickly understood how we would be using the platform and focused our conversations so that I got the most out of my time. The platform itself is very powerful while still being easy to use. I love that I can manage multiple PPC networks all in one place rather than having to jump between native platforms. I also find that many of the functions I need to perform are much easier in Wordstream than they are on the native platforms. It's hard to find something to dislike about Wordstream, but if I had to come up with something, I would say they could expand on the 20-Minute Work Week tool so that it does a more thorough examination of the health of the account for those of us who would be happy to devote more time. QueryStream is a fantastic way to save time when trying to weed out irrelevant queries for search campaigns. This is my most-used feature - I also appreciate the 20-Minute Work Week - even if not all suggestions are useful, it's helpful as a quick check-in on the health of my accounts. WordStream is our best resource for our digital marketing group. It makes our advisor be able to comprehend our organization and what we're doing. It allows us to make a good track and handle our CTRs, as without passing through many steps, I can replicate small ads. The first consulting kit aims to respond to questions and has provided me with a lot of good advice on the thoughtful approach to our business and has supported me with transformation strategies to increase my ROI. Some algorithms should be smarter, as I think they are too simple now. When it indicates if the user's intention is relevant, it invalidates close misprinting of key terms, and I would like to have full control over it. I started a new job recently and took over their Google Ads. I had a year of Adwords experience before this, but I wasn't prepared to handle the huge, messy, and very badly managed account I took over. I found Wordstream and was intrigued by its management platform and its offer of providing an advisor just for you -- in my past experience, I found Google only offers that if you spend a certain (large) amount of money monthly. I've been with Wordstream for a few months now and I am very pleased! They offer not only the advisor but a separate team to ensure your tracking is done correctly -- something I definitely could not do myself. I can tell I'm moving from being a beginner/intermediate user of Google Ads to much more of an expert. And my advisor is very helpful, patient, and responsive via email too. I can even listen to recordings of our sessions. They've really thought this platform through and tailored it to be truly helpful to users like me who are managing a ton. I'm honestly not sure if there's anything I dislike about this platform. I guess I wish ALL functionalities/settings could be changed via WS, but there's just a few that I still have to do via Google and they're not frequent changes so it's really not that bad. I love how WordSteam shows me suggested optimization activities in the 20-Minute Work Week dashboard. This helps save time for me. I also love the section of the performance report that shows the activity completed on the account each month. This helps me demonstrate value to my clients. The only downside of WordStream so far has been where the Google or FB API limits what I can do in the WordStream interface. Sometimes it's annoying to have to switch over the Google Ads interface to dig into a location report for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
