**What do you like best about LocaliQ?**

I appreciate how LocaliQ handles Google Ads for my rental business because I didn't have the time or skill to run my own digital ads. LocaliQ is a highly trustworthy partner and takes that need competently. What I like most is how Paige and Robert, my agents, keep me informed and connected to what they're trying, what's working, what didn't, and how they know. It really helps to demystify the black box of marketing online. Their effort to keep me updated and informed helps me see the value they provide and the context of its worth in potential revenue for the future. The initial setup was very easy; I just answered the questions and provided input, and then I could stand back and watch them run it.

**What do you dislike about LocaliQ?**

We have tried the AI agent phone service and it didn't land well with our customers. Also it has been really challenging to develop clear direct marketing response to the ad efforts. The value has been in second and third order effects on our rankings and reach.

**What problems is LocaliQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LocaliQ handles Google Ads for my rental business, saving me time and effort. It's a trustworthy partner for digital ads, keeping me informed on marketing performance, which helps show the value and potential revenue from online efforts.

**What do you like best about LocaliQ?**

It offers multiple options when it comes to digital marketing and this includes paid searches, social media advertising, video advertising and email marketing and all these ensures we get proper visibility online.
Thanks to analytics/reporting, we get helpful insights on which digital space is performing better and this helps with budget allocation - we focus on funding what is bringing in leads.
With LocaliQ, targeted marketing is easy and this leads to easy lead scoring and conversion which is good for our business.
It comes with helpful SEO tools and SMS marketing and I would say since we started using LocaliQ, our marketing efforts have beard fruits.

Well, LocaliQ is second to none and really no dislikes at this points.

We have worked with Local IQ, Keith Hurwitz since the start.  He understands out business and provides useful suggestions.  Also it is great to have the same rep who has been with us since the start learning our business.

Nothing I can think of now.  In the past we had our creative team change a lot which made it difficult at times to manage, but Laura Morrow who is amazing has been with us alongside Keith Hurwitz for over a year.

The are the experts.  They provide useful feedback, make suggestions, and simply are not order taker, but try to understand our needs and business.

I really appreciate how LocaliQ guides you through the process, especially since all the advertising metrics were new to me. They explain how the ads will flow, what success looks like, and when to make changes. Their guidance in understanding which media is best for the ads was crucial. The initial setup was also very easy; meeting with the sales rep helped, and everything was set up in no more than half an hour.

I think there should be a portal that we can use to see our leads instead of them being viewed behind the scenes by the reps at LocaliQ. A simple portal our team can log into to ensure we are not missing anything. Leads come in as emails, and sometimes emails are missed or sent to spam.

They have been very helpful placing our ads and offering us new products to get the word out about our college.

The things that we've had to work on include matching our ads (visually) to the metrics- I can't always remember what we are looking at metrics for. I also struggle with keeping our media planner up to date so I wish they had a more visual way of keeping an on-going planner that we can both work off of outside of a static spreadsheet we send back and forth.

I don't have the bandwidth to post ads, refine searches and ads and gather data. I at least get the data and hope to be able use it to make better decisions on where to spend our advertising dollars.

I love that LocaliQ was able to narrow down my target audience for me by using their tools to look specifically for runners for our event.  They did all the work for me and ensure everything was smooth before anything was sent out.

I cannot think of anything i disliked about my experience with LocaliQ.  They were able to step up to the plate when I was in a pinch and worked under a time constraint to get a product out for me

LocaliQ solves a marketing problem for me.  I need a resource who has access to demographic and lifestyle based information to help me target specific potential patients for a cardiologist.  I have used them in the past for promoting a race for a non-profit.

Its some advance feature require subscription based either annually or monthly. Its is mainly for small organisations .

Without this tool we struggled on following and prioritizing on  profitable leads which resulted to low profits. Since we incorporated this tool into our systems we never miss on profitable leads. Our team we work with is great! Very responsive, open to comments and feedback, really helpful, and acts like a partner for our site, not just a vendor.

**What do you dislike about LocaliQ?**

I don't necessarily dislike anything, but I wouldn't mind more industry input or advice when we aren't seeing ads perform as well. They are good at running down our CPL, but wouldn't mind a bit more advice on how to handle getting that up.

**What problems is LocaliQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They've been great at helping us understand our spend and how that impacts our market reach. They are also so willing to change designs, images, or messaging to increase our reach. That is something we didn't have a lot of support in with our prior marketing company.

No complaints! The only issue that's ever arisen is discrepancies related to billing, but LocaliQ has always been prompt to solve these issues and answer all our questions about rates and schedules.

Industry average is about $100 per lead. This would bankrupt us in a month. Rather then trying to make it right they are trying to force me to pay more money for a service that doesn’t work
