I think the support team are too used to relying on software because they seem to lack common sense. They make their product glitches even worse by deleting your accounts. To use an analogy, if they were doctors and you complained about a broken toe, they’d cut you leg off then send you a “your issue is fixed so we’ve automatically closed this ticket. Please rate the support you received”

Software is glitchy and slow. But they won’t admit that.
If you open a ticket you’ll get an answer akin to: “no one else seems to be complaining, so...it must be your imagination”
Their consultants made a suggestion in my account and a change, without asking if I minded. They just assumed the were smarter than me. It made our ads LESS profitable.

With WordStream, it's much simpler to customize and build advertisements than in the default AdWords configuration. It's online, so there is no wait and needless costs and the improvements are easily introduced on AdWords. The 20-minute work week feature simplifies basic tasks, allowing you to find what you need in a fast checklist system. The app makes it easy to handle derogatory keywords and it handles content automation with the use of high-performance advertisements through WordStream scanners for a search account.
