Wordstream combines all paid marketing platforms and displays CPL in relation to the marketing source in a pretty good way. 20-minute workouts are good... Optimization features are robust and directs to specific ad groups and helps in reducing Ad spend in non-relevant areas. Both service and software are fantastic, but I'd have to say having the software backed by a human being to help us make sense of everything is a perfect touch. Most importantly, that human touch is not there to just help us understand how to use the software, but it's more to help us improve our advertising campaigns. I wish the software could read our minds. :-) There really aren't any major issues... just minor in-the-details issues such as it can sometimes load quite slowly. Also it can be difficult to quickly skim over our large keyword lists because you can't tell what "match type" the word is at a glance, like you can with Adwords.through its use of "keyword", [keyword], +keyword symbols.
