Many of their features become your daily routine as they make sense a lot. It's as if you have a nice team of analyzers to help you understand what's going on in your account and then suggest what actions to take. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ad optimization is not as intelligent as the rest of the features. They use something like best practices and then analyze your ads based on CTR and CPA to suggest which ad needs to be optimized. But the suggested actions are very limited. To be fair, I think it would be really hard for a software to suggest changes to your ad other than comparison to best practices. The 20 minute manager seems to be a bit limited in functionality. However I am a relative newbie to PPC so I may just not know how to utilize the tools properly.
