When I started using Wordsteam I really enjoyed their software and learned a lot through their Premier Consulting Program. I had an excellent representative who I met with on a bi-monthly basis and he gave me tremendous insight into my account. After a couple of years of Premier Consulting, my representative left WordStream and I was passed around to a handful of different representatives - each who I felt knew less than previous one. I had made the decision to move to Managed Services, hoping to see a better ROI on the account - but my experience was quite the opposite. First of all, the service is very expensive - I was paying over $1,600 a month and my advertising costs were sky rocketing. My cost per conversions were going up along with ad spend. There were tracking problem, especially with BING, that over the course of 9 months or so they could never figure out. All the monthly reports I was given meant nothing, they were all based on incorrect data and the time we spent going over them was a complete waste. I'm really sorry that things turned out this way as I was customer of Wordstream for nearly 4 years.
I really wish I would have stayed with the Premier Consulting and the software and never moved to Managed Services. I am very sad that things turned out this way. :( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
