Wordstream is an effective, easy to use tool that helps me to quickly analyze our ad account, and make to support our goals. I like that I can work on several different platforms at once, by working with this service it cuts my time needed to work on this. Also they have a fantastic support team and knowledge base. Their team responds usually within an hour with the answers to your question if you email them. They also have a chat function built their site which can help you instantly. There is a great advisory section on the site where they look at your accounts and make suggestions for you to make it more profitable. As complex as where you should add more adds or split adgroups or as simple like where to increase and decrease cpa, adding negative keywords to adgroups, or adding new keywords. Our account manager, Ben Bernard, is really friendly and helpful. He always works with us to make sure we understand how to best use the platform to our advantage. Without his consistent guidance, the learning curve would have been much higher for our team, who have limited familiarity with managing ad platforms effectively. My only complaint would be that the Bing ads manager lacks a lot of the copy/paste and "select all" functions that make the Google ads manager so easy to use. It is more time consuming to create ads, set negatives, and adjust bids manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was excited about the ability to send out email blasts from the Thrivehive platform. However, because I am unable to customize messages in the way that I would like, I continue to use MailChimp. In addition, the platform does not allow me to shorten tracked links. So after I create a tracked link in Thrivehive, I shorten it using bitly.
