I love the software, freedom to customize my advertising campaigns and All the support from Wordstream. Completely saved my campaigns and business. With Wordstream you can actually keep an eye on what is going on with the campaign, use weekly work week to make sure the spend is appropriate and ask questions anytime of day. the glitches and errors on the Wordstream Advisor Platform. Sometimes there are sync errors with Google Adwords platform so it delays my work. the support team responds in a timely manner, but the hassle to troubleshoot through it is just extra work and time for me that I would rather not have to go through. I loved the this platform. It was easy to use and implement and allowed me to take all of my paid search campaigns to the next level. I was a team of 1 and managing 7 paid search campaigns at a time on top of all of our social and web dev clients. A product like this was needed.

I've mentioned that more sales tool would be nice - they've actually just released an awesome auditing tool, but you need access to your prospect's AdWords account to use the tool. I'd love something simpler that doesn't require access. Even as simple as, "Here's what you, a dentist in Chicago, should be spending monthly and here's what you can expect from that." We had no idea how to use Google Adwords. We had originally set it up and set a budget, but every month we spent a ton of money on ads without much noticeable return. Apparently you are supposed to tweak and update your ads and keywords weekly or else they just turn into money pits!
I had no idea. But Wordstream taught us a ton about how to utilize Google Adwords to increase our CTR and in turn, increase our revenue. The price is a bit hefty for startups, but it's the price you pay to grow. We opted for the $399/6 month package, getting two hours one on one with a WordStream representative to help us maximize our CTR.
