I love how easy Wordstream is to use. I have been engaged in PPC for a while, but this software has helped me to easily coordinate all of my efforts and spending. My advisor, Bonny, is wonderful to work with. She is patient, yet pushes and encourages me to look at things in a new way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing I don't like about Wordstream! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 20-minute workweek will instantly save you time and also increase the number of changes done to the accounts you manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much I dislike. You have to remember to post your changes to the account otherwise it will not take effect. The dashboard reminds you there are changes to be posted but that is a key thing to remember in the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease and simplicity of WordStream. Every feature is easy to understand, and QueryStream is an excellent feature to learn how users are searching for the things that are of interests to your business or your brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that when a keyword or ad is changed, the data and statistics for it is erased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A large portion of the stuff I do with Wordstream (filtering for new Negative Keywords, improving offers dependent by and large position, disposing of failing to meet expectations watchwords) I was at that point doing in AdWords before I began utilizing Wordstream. The thing that matters was that Wordstream made it speedier to do. One of my most loved things about Wordstream is the element that enables me to add another negative watchword to each of the 16 of my Ad bunches with a single tick. You can't do that in Adwords with the goal that by itself spares me gigantic measures of time. Be that as it may, likely the most esteem I've gotten from WordStream is from the live 30-minute telephone calls with my record rep. I would state I learned 90% of what I expected to prevail with Adwords through experimentation. Yet, my WordStream rep took me the last 10% of the best approach to genuinely improve my spend. Basically, they assume a similar job as the Google account reps are *supposed* to play. The distinction obviously, is that the Google reps dependably endeavor to convince me to spend more cash, and the WordStream reps genuinely streamline my record and regularly spare me cash while expanding my change rate. Very little. Here and there I neglect to "Post Changes" to Adwords after I utilize the WordStream interface which prompts copy endeavors whenever. It would be pleasant if that were done naturally. Be that as it may, let's face it, that is all the more a client blunder than a product insufficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool makes it easy to improve our adword campaigns through reducing wasted spend, adding components like mobile ads, improving quality scores and providing recommendations for keyword additions and negatives. I have a very small marketing team and could not afford to spend the time required to do all of this on my own. Additionally, the Wordstream team has been extremely helpful and great to work with. I would like the errors (when you're posting updates and get error messages in response) to have more explanations attached and links to get answers to what the errors mean in a help forum. So far, every time I've received an error I've had to contact support as the error messages are not intuitive, give no/little guidance to understand what the error is, nor instructions how to fix the error. Most of the stuff I do with Wordstream (scanning for new Negative Keywords, optimizing bids based on average position, getting rid of underperforming keywords) I was already doing in AdWords before I started using Wordstream. The difference was that Wordstream made it quicker to do. One of my favorite things about Wordstream is the feature that allows me to add a new negative keyword to all 16 of my Ad groups with one click. You just can't do that in Adwords so that alone saves me huge amounts of time. But probably the most value I've gotten from WordStream is from the live 30-minute phone calls with my account rep. I would say I learned 90% of what I needed to succeed with Adwords through trial and error. But my WordStream rep took me the last 10% of the way to truly optimize my spend. Essentially, they play the same role as the Google account reps are *supposed* to play. The difference of course, is that the Google reps always try to talk me into spending more money, and the WordStream reps truly optimize my account and often save me money while increasing my conversion rate. Not much. Sometimes I forget to "Post Changes" to Adwords after I use the WordStream interface which leads to duplicate efforts the next time. It would be nice if that were done automatically. But let's be honest, that's more of a user error than a software deficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support from the dedicated team was insane and whenever there has been an integration issue with our booking system, the technical team was able to assist with finding the issue and correcting the fault. Now we can easily track 'actual' online sale conversions as it happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not possible yet to track Dynamic Search Ads results on WordStream, and this may cause some confusion to figure out where exactly conversions were achieved from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool is amazing, it has been able to take my existing campaign that I work full time on and help me to strategically organize it with speed vs. using the Adwords or Bing Editor. In combination with a trained advisor that I meet with every other week, it allows me to enhance my skill set, in turn, lowering my spend with a more accurate return. I really don't have anything at this time that I would say I dislike other than would love to see more focus around display advertising as well a more enhanced ROI tool that I can upload my leads to conversions and get the 20 minute work week to help better define what is working and what is not. the 20 minute work week per account is very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
some keyword suggestions are not applicable to the account, some are very irrelevant and not helpful. It really depends on the week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
