After they merged with this local IQ. They did not contact their current customers to let them know that their support email had changed. And no this is not an isolated incident as I was referred to Thrive Hive by another business owner who has had the same issue. I also referred my husbands business and he has no information regarding a merger or new support email. I was emailing them and it never bounced back. I never received a notice that the email was no longer in use or redirected to a new support email. Finally called them and someone did call me back although he was very nice I didn't feel as confident that this merger was the best for Thrive Hives original customers. Now I am trying to perform some edits and my web pages will not load. I tried the chat bot but a tech person is not available to discuss or find out what is going on. I left another message but the message said someone would call me within the next two days. I am a business owner and don't have time for these delays. Can anyone recommend another platform? Overall we were displeased with ad performance but the LocalIQ team was able to work through the analytics with us and move forward. The issue may have been related to their AI engine not having enough time to spin up to full potential which takes upwards of 90 days.
