Their platform is the absolutely best way to manage Google ads, especially if you don't have full-time staff committed to doing so. There is no reason to spin your wheels and spend hours searching for the right adjustments to make. Using WordStream, we spend about 10 minutes a day on our Google ads and we are able to see pay-offs with that amount of time.
Customer service is top notch. I find my one hour call each month to be very valuable. Zachary is obviously very knowledgeable and can make improvements to our account with ease. We usually discuss things I can do in between calls as well, which I find helpful.

I wish I had more time with our consultant because his expertise is so valuable to me. And I wish you could do more than one 20 Minute Work Week per week. The issue may have been related to their AI engine not having enough time to spin up to full potential which takes upwards of 90 days.
