This tool makes it easy to improve our adword campaigns through reducing wasted spend, adding components like mobile ads, improving quality scores and providing recommendations for keyword additions and negatives. I have a very small marketing team and could not afford to spend the time required to do all of this on my own. Additionally, the Wordstream team has been extremely helpful and great to work with. I would like the errors (when you're posting updates and get error messages in response) to have more explanations attached and links to get answers to what the errors mean in a help forum. So far, every time I've received an error I've had to contact support as the error messages are not intuitive, give no/little guidance to understand what the error is, nor instructions how to fix the error. Overall we were displeased with ad performance but the LocalIQ team was able to work through the analytics with us and move forward. The issue may have been related to their AI engine not having enough time to spin up to full potential which takes upwards of 90 days.
