What do you like best about LiveImpact?

What do you dislike about LiveImpact?

Not being a tech-savvy client communicating our needs and understanding their solutions sometimes got misunderstood. Reports, even when customized, can be challenging to run. Mass email functions and event communications are also a little overwhelming. However, the instructional How-to-Videos typically can answer all questions and their support staff is very responsive. What do you like best about LiveImpact?

We've been using LiveImpact for at least eight years, and we love how the program keeps us organized with our donor base. Customer service is very responsive and has helped us develop robust systems facilitating our work. The canned reports help us plan how to contact donors that give at multiple levels, ultimately keeping us 'top of mind' before end-of-year appeals. The tutorials help us learn how to use the programs and are easy to follow via video. LiveImpact continually improves the site and brings new tools to support our work. What do you dislike about LiveImpact?

What do you like best about LiveImpact?

We have a unique fund-raising model whereby our 125 members visit every home in our small Northern NJ town so that we have person-to-person interaction with the community. LiveImpact built out our database and online fundraising to complement our in-person efforts like no other non-profit system available. The platform's email integrations have greatly improved our internal and community-wide communications. We finally have a platform for our event committee chairs to capture reporting of each year's activities and best practices leading to year over year improvements. What do you dislike about LiveImpact?

Most of the knowledge base is how-to videos. It can be time-consuming to find the right content. I'd prefer more text-based KBs that would be easier for users to search and LiveImpact to keep up to date. I'd also appreciate more transparency around Disaster Recovery and ransomware mitigation. We moved to LiveImpact from a jumble of spreadsheets, Word docs and Access DBs. All our operations are now centralized and cloud-based where we can provision role-based access. What do you like best about LiveImpact?

Jumping into LiveImpact with no experience was rather daunting at the start, but LiveImpact provided great training and service to get me up-to-speed. The wide range of functions that the software provides can be overwhelming, but they have been very helpful walking me through the steps and addressing my questions. As a small nonprofit, we have found the flexibility in LiveImpact very useful and are able to tailor the information to our needs. What do you dislike about LiveImpact?

We were using 3-4 solutions for database, communication, event microsites, donation forms etc. LiveImpact enables us to consolidate everything in one place that leads to better productivity, real-time information for stewardship, super easy microsite development for events, fundraisers and campaigns. A huge plus is the brilliant customer service where questions get answered right away. LiveImpact can be slightly overwhelming if you are not tech savvy, but this isn't really an issue since they have such strong support. What do you like best about LiveImpact?

I like having the ability to review financial records, volunteer/participant records, and email logs. I appreciate that LiveImpact provides simple, customizable forms and autoresponder emails. -LiveImpact is full featured with robust Payments, Donation, Events, Engagement, Program Tracking, Volunteer, Grant Tracking, Membership and Auction Modules.

-Everything is integrated and you don't have to worry about compatibility, cost and upgrades associated with having additional apps.

-The user interface is logical, flexible, customizable, well organized and easy to navigate.

-The front end seemlessly integrates with the look of your website.

-Standard reports come pre-installed and the built in reporting tools allows for custom reports and charting.

-Email newsletters and automatic response email functionality is included. This means payment reminders, event reminders, registration information, etc.

-Role based permissions access allows us to let volunteers enter information without having access to our private data.

-Workflows can be setup via a pipeline to automate tasks.

-You can also track program data and manage board member information and calendars.

What do you like best about LiveImpact?

I was a salesforce user and found it to be troublesome to use and manage my data. LiveImpact is not only easy on the eyes but simple to navigate through. I used to to manage all of my grantees, community contacts, email outreach, and invoicing. If I didn't use LiveImpact, I would have to purchase and manage at least 4 other products. LiveImpact's support team was also really great. They onboarded us on plan and were very supportive. Instead of just giving me templates for my forms and records, LiveImpact has empowered me to customize my data capturing and segment my audiences. Overall it helped my team save time as well! What do you dislike about LiveImpact?
