Litmos Pros and Cons

We joined Litmos during a challenging transition period. However, I have experienced significant improvements in customer service and training. Litmos has enhanced its training system and customer support. The software has a wide range of capabilities that can be scaled to fit the needs of different employers. So the hardest part is if you have a lot of courses, it would be so much easy if we could navigate to a specific page versus how it is now- which is we have 94 pages of courses, we have to keep pressing the button to go forward to get to page we want- we can only do first and last page navigation. As an admin it is easy for me to locate features I need and be able to navigate to perform my tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the features have limited modification capacity, for example if we have to change a Host in an ILT, we'll have to re-create the sessions and notify all participants manually for these changes. I hope some features can improve soon.

I really love how much you can adapt Litmos to your needs, there are so many ways to approach learning, tracking learning, ensuring compliance, etc and Litmos has a solution for all of it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bringing people up to speed on how to use Litmos is pretty painless. We use Litmos frequently as our Learning Management System for both internal and extneral Customers. Uploading modules and creating courses is usually painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Litmos can be pretty rigid at times. There are some things that we would like to do in Litmos (that seems feasible in today's software environment) that we cannot accomplish. Setting up webinars feels a bit clunky - which is what I can say about most of Litmos. It works, but it can feel clunky. The design feels outdated as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
