What do you like best about Litmos?

In my opinion, the most powerful tools that Litmos offers to support our business needs are the automation tools such as Assign, reporting, email communications and compliance settings. These have had such a postiive impact to our business with having access to data and signifigantly reducing manual processes. As a result of these automation tools we can deliver learning to our Members and capture any/all new hires. Additioanlly, with the reporting we are able to customize reporting at any time or schedule reoccuring reporting for our stakeholders to asssist them with business decision making. Lastly, the complinace setting options that Litmos offers has given our business a peace of mind knowing we have a tool to automate email communcations and course assignments to recertify their compliance requirements. What do you dislike about Litmos?

While there is a decent amount of customization available as an Account Owner, it would be more helpful if we could increase the level of customization that is offered without needing to consult with Litmos Services. The reporting frame work could be modified to allow for more customization of data sources so multiple report types were not having to be used. Most of the time we can make due with what is offered for administrative processes, but there is opportunity to increase the customization and not limit fields so the LMS better mold to our business. If Litmos could adapt to having "Web Parts" like Microsoft offers for SharePoint, it would be helpful to have options for a widget to be placed and be fully customized. What do you like best about Litmos?

We've been enhancing our learning and development program for nearly two years, and partnering with Litmos has been one of our best decisions. The platform streamlines course assignments, team viewing rules, and customization of learning paths for our state-required certification programs. Combined with its user-friendly interface, robust Admin on Demand support, and seamless integration with Office 365, Litmos has proven to be an invaluable partner in our growth and success. What do you like best about Litmos?

The product is easy to use and course content works well with our intranet and is also accessible 24/7 anywhere. It was easy to integrate to compliment with staff training. Course creation tools are feature rich. Implementation was easy. We easily got started and have used the LMS for more than 7 years. Customer support is provided via Customer Success Manager who can help train or direct for solutions. The additional Litmos Heros Course Package is nice for our organization. What do you like best about Litmos?

From day one of getting a glimpse into the Litmos system, I have been impressed by its intuitive nature and ease of use. Also from day one of showing interest in Litmos, the customer service has been top notch! Now, from interest all the way to our implementation, the Litmos team members have made the process smooth and efficient. After researching various LMS platforms for four months, and then another four months of talking with the Litmos team, we finallly began implementation in April of 2024. What do you dislike about Litmos?

What do you like best about Litmos?

It has good compliance courses and has intuitive software to create courses

What do you dislike about Litmos?

Our biggest problem is the allocation of learning via teams.

We have alot of movement within our organisation and restructuring.

When we remove people from a team to another team their learning from the previous team drops off and we can only run a report on their completed training.

If they didnt complete courses allocated via teams (in the previous team) we are unable to retrieve this information (only completed training from the previous team is available via reports)

It would be better to be able to have a simple action to apply the learning of the team to the individual prior to moving them to another team including inactive courses. We need to know their compliance level for the mandatory training and therefore how often they dont complete courses allocated, or at least be able to run a report that tells us all learning allocated and whether it was completed once we remove them from a team.

We also have a problem with reports for our managers, we are now creating reports externally (after running a LITMOS report) This process is clunky as the reports via LITMOS are not easily read by our managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Litmos?

The valuable tools in Litmos are user friendly and flexible! As a large organization we have many unique training needs for each department, Litmos is able to accommodate all our needs. Instead of having training records in many areas, we now have 1 primary learning and development platform. The support team has been most valuable as we have onboarded and take us through each step of the process. After using other LMS platforms, I would highly recommend Litmos. What do you like best about Litmos?

Adding users and managing teams are excellent. Since we have changed our customer success manager, customer support has been very hands on and informative. I use Litmos every day and it was easy to catch on to the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

I am not a fan of courses and modules being separate. Plus, some of my most used actions are hidden behind dropdowns (or in different places depending on the way you access the feature). What do you like best about Litmos?

Litmos have been great to us, we was looking at moving platforms but decided to explote litmos further. The different range of features litmos have is amazing, and so easy to use. We really wanted our platform branded to our new style and managed to buy a branding package for them to help us do this - it saved us such a lot of time. Litmos support team have been so quick and on the ball whenever we have had to raise a query with them. I use Litmos all day everyday in my job and it is so easy to use and navigate.

Our CSM who has only just been appointed to us has been amazing and regulary checks in to see howe we are getting on and if we have any concerns. she keeps us up to date with any news and changes that are coming also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

I think the only downside for us at first was that because we was only using a small percentage of what could be used there wasn't much help for us as a organisaiton. & the help and support wasn't really there for us to lean on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
