Our whole experience has been wonderful. Each of the Litmos employees we have worked with to get onboarded and set up within the system as well as the monthly support meetings have been incredible. They are all patient, helpful, timely with any follow up and make sure we have everything we need for our success. The Litmos system itself is intuitive and user friendly. The content library is packed full of incredible courses for our teams. We love that there are so many ways to customize the LMS and tailor it to our company's structure and needs. If there is one thing I would change about Litmos is the ability to have a heirarchy of managers and direct reports. It would be helpful if a manager could see the supervisors assigned to them in addition to the employees that are assigned to those supervisors without having to assign all the learners to just the top manager. My favorite Litmos feature is the Content Author Tool (CAT). The CAT provides an intuitive way to create, edit, and publish courses all within the platform itself. This removes the need to build courses in another program and upload them to the platform. It is a timesaver for content developers and instructional designers! Due to our organization's internal system structure, one downside of Litmos was the rate limit on API calls. It slightly complicated the integration of Litmos with our internal systems. I love that is user friendly, especially from an admin side. I love being able to track things easily and add engagement, the gamification features are umatched! It was easy to implement to my team, we use it weekly, and it fits really well into our learning plans/training. Their customer support is always very helpful and patient. Litmos is an easy to use and to build platform to prepare, organize and track your colleagues training. It can communicate with a lot of other platforms and HCM, has a very good native reporting engine and gives you the possibility to set up reminders for every activity.
Interesting features are:
- you can set up database of questions, tests and content inside of it.
- if you need more fields to define your users or trainings, it lets you create them. Freely and easily.
- you need almost no coding background to implement and personalize it. You just need to initially set it up.
- even if a USER does use it every day to attend trainings, it is quite easy to rember of to use the platform.

The main downsides I found in Litmos are:
- the not completely customizable user dashboard (you can't link multiple pages in it, nor you can change the tiles positions, etc.)

Litmos is an easy to use and easy to imlement LMS. We used Litmos to build our Academy.
We particularly like the fact that it can integrate easily with our HR system so we can ensure seamless onboarding for our new starters.

We really enjoy Litmos - and also appreaciate the Litmos Dojo but we find that sometimes we don't have time to go through all the training courses avaialble and hence contact customer service instead.

As an Account Owner, I find Litmos user friendly. Having now used the platform for nearly 3 years, we've been able to integrate and increase the use of the platform across the organisation. Although it isn't everyone's cup of tea, I feel more users are now more comfortable with the platform and could identify Litmos as our internal LMS.
Over the last 3 years we've made the effort to use more of the features to enhance the user experience and increase retention of knowledge. There are some additions I'd love to see incorporated within Litmos. These are:
- Having the ability to bulk upload feature for External Courses. We've been encouraging all users to enter all their External Learning directly into their own records. Whilst some do, it would be hugeluy advantageous if a bulk upload feature for External Learning was available, so an Account Owner could complete this for a Company wide or Conference Attendances.
- Admin dashboard could do with a refresh,
- Being able to merge and/orlink and/or transfer Achievements across multiple accounts i.e., if an employee changes their maiden name it would be great to be able to recognise this across one account rather than having multiple accounts.
- Having improved authoring tools to create content within Litmos.
- Running virtual training sessions that are time appropriate for the Asian-Pacific region, all of the virtual sessions are scheduled for Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8) and session recordings aren't available post session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Litmos for the past six months, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! One of the standout features is the excellent customer support. Whenever I have a question or need assistance, their team responds quickly and is incredibly helpful.
My employer chose the Litmos On-Demand Administration for our instance, and it has been nothing short of wonderful. We hold regular implementation meetings to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The system is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and manage our learning programs effectively. I particularly appreciate the robust reporting functions, which provide valuable insights into learner progress and engagement. I have several saved reports emailed to me weekly to help monitor our learners’ progress.
Another major advantage has been the Single Sign-On feature for our learners. This has made a significant difference compared to our previous LMS, where we frequently had to assist users in resetting their passwords. Now, our learners can access their courses effortlessly, greatly enhancing their overall experience.
I use the system every day to support learners and regional managers, continuously looking for ways to meet the organization’s training needs through this product. My team is currently exploring some of Litmos's integrations to assign learners to specific content and keep their managers updated on their progress.

The content authoring tools are very easy to use to create engaging content for all of the courses we make through Litmos. I would like to continue to see new tools added and improvements to the existing ones in the future. I'm also very happy to see all of the updates we've seen recently including the AI assistant, the new learner home, enhancements for the mobile application, and others. I use the platform daily to track learner progress and create high-quality content for our users. I also enjoy attending the webinars Litmos has hosted and being able to watch the recordings when I can't attend the live sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a newer admin, the most difficult aspect of using Litmos has been learning the ins and outs of the platform. I feel like I learn something new at least each week and it makes me wonder if I'm missing out on opportunities because the capabilities of the platform are so vast. I often have trouble navigating certain tasks, unless it's a part of my daily/weekly routines. Also, it seems like a small thing, but I wish I could copy and paste content from one course to another. I either have to save the entire page as a template and upload it onto the new course, or I have to copy and paste the text of each heading, textbox, flip card, accordion, etc. Also, I wish there was one place to upload all photos, videos, and audio files so I don't have to upload them each time I work on a new course. If I am going to need a training video each year on the new training, I have to either dig for it on my computer and re-upload it to the new course, or I have to download it from the previous course and upload it onto the new course. If we had one vault or downloads file that contains all of our uploaded assets, this would save so much time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been with Litmos over 11 years and have witnessed first-hand their work to stay up-to-date with learning and development trends. Their recent upgrades, such as AI search capacbilities and content creator tools and updated Learner homepage have been fantastic and have really improved the platform experience. I like that we can have all our trainings in one place. Litmos is very user friendly on both the front and back end of the software. The thing I wish could change isn't the software itself, but the DOJO - the training videos. I would like it to be more tailored to the permissions you have.
