What do you like best about Litmos?

What do you dislike about Litmos?

Catalog management is complex when scaling across teams. Courses can be added to teams one at a time, or through an API process. What do you like best about Litmos?

Our experience with Litmos as a healthcare organization has been overwhelmingly positive. The platform itself is robust and user-friendly, streamlining our training processes significantly. We especially appreciated the clean, intuitive UI interface, which makes navigation and course management a breeze at both the instructional design and manager levels. A standout aspect has been the exceptional support from our dedicated account manager, Corinne, who has consistently been responsive, quickly addressing any issues and proactively introducing new features that enhance our experience. This high level of support and ease of use has truly set Litmos apart. Even though we are leaving our contract for reasons outside of our control, Litmos has continued to offer offboarding services and support our teams with empathy and understanding. What do you dislike about Litmos?

Litmos currently lacks a comprehensive library of medically specific and complex courses offering CEU credits, which are essential for our licensed clinicians. We also miss the capability to assign courses in advance, a feature that we understand is on the horizon. Finally, an integration or partnership with LinkedIn Learning would be a welcome addition to broaden the content options available on the platform. I am hearing that this partnership is happening with some other LMS organizations in the future. What do you like best about Litmos?

My favorite Litmos feature is the Content Author Tool (CAT). The CAT provides an intuitive way to create, edit, and publish courses all within the platform itself. This removes the need to build courses in another program and upload them to the platform. It is a timesaver for content developers and instructional designers! What do you dislike about Litmos?

Due to our organization's internal system structure, one downside of Litmos was the rate limit on API calls. It slightly complicated the integration of Litmos with our internal systems. What problems is Litmos solving and how is that benefiting you?

When searching for a new learning management system, our organization wanted to solve three main issues. First, our corporate training was spread across multiple systems. Second, because of that, there was not a clear picture of what content existed and when it was last updated. Finally, we needed a way to easily determine if our training is actually relevant and effective to our personnel. Litmos solves these problems by providing space for multiple areas of training to coexist, easily create and update content via the Content Author Tool, and conduct course surveys to adpat when needed. What do you like best about Litmos?

I love that is user friendly, especially from an admin side. I love being able to track things easily and add engagement, the gamification features are umatched! It was easy to implement to my team, we use it weekly, and it fits really well into our learning plans/training. Their customer support is always very helpful and patient. What do you dislike about Litmos?

The more advanced customization is really complicated and you have to pay extra for someone to assist you with it. We've had multiple reps which sometimes slows down our support cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed an LMS for internal training that could also help us engage our team. The gamification tools and ability to create themes has been so helpful. Our team loves it and that they can be competitive too. I love that I can easily pull reports and send reminders for completion rather than chasing people down in person. What do you like best about Litmos?

Litmos is very user friendly on the web/laptops, we have recently got a new account manager who has been amazing in showing us all the features and functionalities that we weren't aware of! It's great that we can load in training courses, create content ourselves and tailor this to specific needs of our employees. We have been able to change the design of our homepage recently so this is more personal to the business. The AI feature is great, this helps colleagues to be able to search for a specific question and get a quick response rather than needing to search the learning library for the course they need. The fact we're able to send reminders to colleagues to complete their mandatory learning on time is great to help us remain compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

We have a lot of operatives who are out on site and therefore use the Litmos app on their mobile devices as they don't have laptops. We have specific work phones that they use and the app can sometimes be a bit buggy in terms of access, for example recently we have updated the phones and now colleagues are unable to login to the Litmos app. This is being looked into though and once they're in, it seems to work fine! What problems is Litmos solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having our mandatory learning in Litmos is allowing us to remain compliant with mandatory training. Previously, our old account manager had told us that is not possible to have all of the mandatory learning courses under one path, however our new account manager has confirmed this is possible and explained how we can add/include new courses under this learning path. We can report on compliance rates within this path, without having to pull multiple different reports for different courses. What do you like best about Litmos?

The support we receive from our Client Success team has been amazing. They work very diligently at keeping us updated with what's new, what's coming, and when needed, gets involved with issue resolution. The product itself is built on a strong foundation. We really like that we can report on nearly anything within the system which gives us the flexibility to provide what our stakeholders need from us. Litmos is always interested in our feedback and gives us an opportunity to hear from the product team on occasion. From an administrative perspective, it's intuitive to use. What do you dislike about Litmos?

Litmos doesn't integrate with our third-party content provider but even then, importing courses from a third-party is quite simple. Another area that could be better is the Teams assignment function - in full transparency, how we have decided to implement and integrate the product with our HRIS platform has created severe limitations for us with the Teams functionality. Had we decided to do a standalone product without integration to our HRIS, I think we'd have more control and flexibility in using Teams as a way to assign content. What do you like best about Litmos?

Litmos is very user-friendly, has a ton of options, is ever evolving and up leveling! I love the Content Author feature and am so impressed with the continuous enhancements.

My CSM, Cyndi Sweeney, is the best and always responds to my emails with either a response, a call or refers me to my next steps. I'm grateful to have her support!

The Litmos Customer Portal has been a great resource, and the turn-around time is excellent. I'm always notified with changes, updates or an immediate response depending on the nature of the situation.

I love the monthly webinars and the topics that are covered. I try not to miss any of them, and I learn something new every time, even if I've attended the same session in the past. The Litmos University is a wealth of knowledge and training as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

I sometimes have trouble with the clarity of pictures when utilizing the Content Author. Sometimes the feature I would like to use doesn't show the pictures very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Litmos?

Our company has been with Litmos for many years, and I will have to say since I have been with our company for 6 years now, I have seen it transition for the better over the years. I am the Learning Hub coordinator and work closely with our clients to guide them with the best experience with their online training. The system is user friendly and the customer service is WONDERFUL! I love our CSM, Cyndi Sweeney who is always readily available to help assist with any issues we may have, and will find solutions to guide us. We currently have the Litmos LMS, platinum account and love all the features it offers. I have enjoyed the courses through the Litmos University to gain insight on how to use many of the features, since I use the system on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

I would say the only thing I dislike about Litmos is some of the reporting. Sometimes there are too many steps to take to get the information that is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the biggest problem that we have had in the past was customer service. Trying to get a hold of someone in a timely manner was very frustrating. What do you like best about Litmos?

Litmos is an easy to use and to build platform to prepare, organize and track your colleagues training. It can communicate with a lot of other platforms and HCM, has a very good native reporting engine and gives you the possibility to set up reminders for every activity.

Interesting features are:

- you can set up database of questions, tests and content inside of it.

- if you need more fields to define your users or trainings, it lets you create them. Freely and easily.

- you need almost no coding background to implement and personalize it. You just need to initially set it up.

- even if a USER does use it every day to attend trainings, it is quite easy to rember of to use the platform.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

The main downsides I found in Litmos are:

- the not completely customizable user dashboard (you can't link multiple pages in it, nor you can change the tiles positions, etc.)

What do you like best about Litmos?

Litmos is an easy to use and easy to imlement LMS. We used Litmos to build our Academy.

We particularly like the fact that it can integrate easily with our HR system so we can ensure seamless onboarding for our new starters.

What do you dislike about Litmos?

We really enjoy Litmos - and also appreaciate the Litmos Dojo but we find that sometimes we don't have time to go through all the training courses avaialble and hence contact customer service instead.

We started from a blank canvas, our learing and developing offering was not structured or consistent - following a thorough review of the market and available LMS we concluded on Litmos.

Litmos has helped us build a robust learning offering ( Academy) across our organisation (different languages/countries) in a systematic and user friendly way.
