What do you like best about Linxup?

We mainly utilize the realtime monitoring aspects, knowing where our vehicles really helps speed up the process when I need to get someone to an emergency situation as soon as possible without having to communicate to the entire fleet. I also use the logs from previous days to track time spent travelling, and spent at each location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linxup?

No major downsides, I need to spend some time working with new features that have been implemented which I think will help with putting our customer base on the map. This looks better than the geolocation tags I was using prior to this, so resolves any slight issue I had prior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Linxup solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't have to rely on workers to accurately provide times, and I can prove to customers workers the length of time workers were at their properties and when they arrived. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linxup?

As business owners we dont always have the time to stare at these. The custom reporting is great (I get a daily email regarding the fleets activities from the previous 24 hours sent to me). Also it gives everyone a sense of where each other are located during the day - it helps for new jobs that come in, particularly when someone is near someone else and we see that on the map. What do you dislike about Linxup?

We had a difficult time with a few vehicles getting them setup, and at least 2 were never able to be setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can easily track our entire fleet, knowing where our drivers are at all times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linxup?

We had 2 cameras that somehow got lost or never set up and we were charged the entire year for those. When I called they told me that there wasnt a way to track when they were running. Billing starts once we recieve the devices not by when they are activated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
