What do you like best about Linnworks?

SKUVault was good for a while. We were able to set our catalog of 15,000+ marketplace listings up in their inventory management system fairly easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linnworks?

Since SKUVault was acquired by Linnworks, their support has fallen dramatically. The support staff is completely at the mercy of the (now overseas) development team who completely fails at communication and timely resolution of issues. I recently had one (1) ticket that took 4 months to resolve (!!). Currently, I'm waiting on another support ticket that has been in resolution for over a month. Our WooCommerce integration has been completely broken for the past 6 weeks. The Tier 2 support team has been completely unresponsive and apparently has zero way to communicate with the development team. It took over a week for the Tier 2 rep to even work on the ticket and escalate to the dev team. Just a completely unacceptable situation. We're now looking for another option. A tale as old as time -- mergers & acquisitions just destroying a once great company... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the issues you've encountered with your WooCommerce integration, we sincerely apologize for the disruption and frustration this has caused. As for the open ticket, I'll look into that with the support team now, who I'm sure are actively working on a solution.

What do you like best about Linnworks?

Our main reason for wanting Linnworks was to improve the speed and accuracy of our order fulfilment. It has more than exceeded our expectations here and is easy to use on a daily basis. The set up was easy and there has been plenty of opportunity for us to ask questions. We have been pleasantly surprised with being able to use Linnworks to send products to Amazon FBA fulfilment centres and the integration of everything to Linnworks was seamless. What do you dislike about Linnworks?

We have not yet managed to find a downside with Linnworks. There have been a couple of tricky problems that we have had to overcome, but that is more down to the wide range or products that we sell and learning how best to intagrate the awkward things with Linnworks. What do you like best about Linnworks?

Linnworks is a simple inventory management system. It does what it says, and doesn't over-promise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is quite expensive for the size of our business, however as we expand the cost will seem smaller each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linnworks?

The promise of a seamless inventory and warehousing solution and their pricing, at the time. However, the sales pitch greatly exceeded the product's performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linnworks?

They did not deliver in any capacity. The onboarding, training, and launch were terrible experiences that ended up costing us money and time. When we agreed to cancel our account, the management team retaliated, denied our refund, and have refused to speak to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linnworks?

It's got great customization, I love that you can open multiple pages within the same tab to quickly multi-task. They have a live phone number (with a real person, not a bot!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linnworks?

Sometimes they can be a bit slow to respond to queries, but still they're much better than most other software providers. Can't think of too many downsides to be honest! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Linnworks?

I love the integrations with Amazon, eBay, Walmart and all the popular POS/e-commerce platforms (we use LightSpeed). SkuVault is the source of truth that enables multichannels Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Linnworks?

I wish SkuVault had a feature to batch print lot stickers or accept an import list of of lot numbers that I want printed as stickers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
