It is highly customizable. Almost to the a point where I feel that our organization isn't fully using it to its fullest potential. This is the third LMS that I've encountered over the course of my career, and thus far it's the one with the most client control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some odd limitations that we did not learn about up front in our initial presentations of this LMS. For instance, while you can build and host courses within modules, known as ILT's, you can only integrate external webinar platforms (ex. Zoom) with single-day ILT's. While you can work around this, it does prevent the ILT itself being the beginning/middle/end of the student experience with regard to signing into a webinar. I will add a caveat to this, though, as it is something that is being addressed I am told. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy it is to use. My experience in LMS before Learn Upon was limited and it is very user-friendly from getting trainings set up in the system to being an administrator for the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility to design and upload your own content. Easy to use, versatile, and the support to implement and maintain is top tier. I highly recommend this product if you are searching for a stand-alone LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LearnUpon is very helpful for the team, I was using LearnUpon for 2 years when I was in the customer support department and it was very easy to get all theto updates about everything which was helpful to do my job right and with the proper knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In total, I have had a very nice experience with the platform except for the little breakdowns when the platform works slower than usual but totaly it was happening a few time in my experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part is the customer service. Our CSM is integral in helping ensure we are updated with new enhancements and product offerings. Also, the customer support team is highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to see a feature to unenroll users in bulk from assignments. It would also be nice to select a due date for a course/pathway when enrolling users through the enrollments drop-down. We have cases where some employees need to have a specific due date, and others don't, so we have to set this manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is very stable and LearnUpon's development efforts are well-placed. It is easy to use for someone who is new to configuring an LMS but there is also access to advanced interfaces like a well-documented API interface.
The Implementation Consultant was very knowledgeable and our Success Manager has pursued how to make the product more successful in our environment. The Support team has been exceptional with timely responses for all requests and a commitment to stick with a problem until the issue is fully resolved. The Legacy pricing commitment and licensing based on system access (rather than named users) are both very customer-friendly.
From the evidence I've seen, it appears that the corporate culture advertised on their website is a reality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had to wait a little too long for customized reports to be available, but LearnUpon has addressed the need and is releasing a solution by late Q421/ early Q1 22. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
